If I could give it no stars I would. There is a serious lack of customer service here and I would not recommend to anyone. After the initial guaranteed period was over (which was great) I requested details of the on-going process and details of the new tenant several times from Legacie but was given an excuse EVERY single time. At no time did anyone at Legacie take ownership and I was chasing them for 3 months on basic information. I have not received my rental for 2 months as they do not want to communicate with you. Yes yes I know you have hundreds of emails daily which I really do not care about. If you handled your clients with priority and respect I would not have had to move the letting services elsewhere.

well we had a troublesome tenant who's behind in his rent obligation , Julie kept me a breast of the developments constantly and she did her best to ensure that the rent was chased up and up , now progress has been made, so good to know that our back is covered

Avoid renting with this company. The staffs are rude and unprofessional, on move in the process was rushed they had overbooked the apartment I was supposed to be in and I had to sign several different tenancy agreements before moving in as they had rented the apartment I had put a deposit down for to someone else. They also claim to not have received payment for deposit and rent on the day of moving in when I have provided evidence. While staying in the apartment (Element) the building had multiple leaks, toilets not flushing and my boiler had leaked and flooded the floor overnight. Upon moving out it took 2 months to hear any news on release of my deposit on for them to come forward to want to charge for painting and "professional clean" of the apartment I had spent 2 days cleaning the apartment prior to moving out. Had to dispute the claims on the deposit for 2~3 weeks before the deposit was released back to me. One month after moving out they claim that there is arrears in my account for parking, I have full email correspondence which provided evidence that the fees for parking was paid. The agent also emailed back saying payment received. Fast forward 9 months they email again about the same arrears this time claiming because the payment was paid with reference to my apartment that I am still in arrears. The letting manager ignores my demands for them to provide full statement to prove the arrears and insistent that I owe them money for parking as the allocation was in the wrong account. I do not recommend renting with them save yourselves the stress of dealing with them.

PREJUDICE COMPANY. Did a review a couple of months ago- told someone would contact me from Legacie…of course they did not. I have bought a flat for £450k, not promised what I was advertised, porcelain tile splashbacks, pendent lighting, a terrace not a balcony (they advertised an enclosed space) and have decided to not bother putting the windows in, although window panes are there. After threatening legal action I was given an email saying how everything is in the contract that they can simply decide what they want to do. So essentially have advertised a super luxury apartment and have delivered a basic one with basic finishing and have said that legally they can do this. Denying any wrongdoing when clearly this goes against the mispresentation act, and also this is false advertising. To top it off I have received an email clearly by accident which was meant for other flats in my tower saying they will be placing the splashbacks on these dates. So clearly people are getting the splashbacks as advertised but apparently I can’t? I have been advertised the same thing and clearly paid a lot of money but I’m being discriminated against for some reason. I will be taking legal action and I’m sure I’ll receive a reply saying that someone will “reach out” to me but hearing radio silence instead. They have an email for investors to be able to email with any issues, I have sent over 5 emails in the last 2-3 months with not one single reply. Legal action is going to be now taken, as well as going to the press and local council. Please whatever you do, DO NOT BUY WOTH THESE COWBOYS. My whole life savings is in the bin because of them. If I can save one person from making the same mistake I did then it was worth it.

Legacie management has recently taken up my investment property for management. The whole process was very swift and I was briefed about how the management process works.
Tracey who contacted me was again very cooperative and made sure I understand all the legalities.

The account was not set up correctly, which resulted in a tenant missing three months of rent payments—something that went undetected and was not communicated to me. There was a lack of transparency throughout the process, which was extremely disappointing. Despite this, service charges and management fees were still deducted. Communication has also been a challenge, with emails often going unanswered for weeks unless followed up repeatedly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

After a previous agency let us down for a flat in the same complex, Sophie was quick with our application and very accommodating. Great service provided and would definitely use again.
