I have bought from LED Grow shop multiple times now. Rapid & discreet next day shipping every time. They have the best prices in the UK for the AC Infinity gear. & their customer service is second to none, I went to them with a couple of queries & each time they were dealt with promptly in real time. I can't big these guys up enough.

Professional company. Had to make changes to the order and there was an issue with the courier. Both were sorted promptly. The ac infinity products are excellent quality.

I cant fault this company at all! I have ordered online from them on many occasions and have never had a problem! Delivery is always fast and discreet! I always shop for AC Infinity products which this company is an authorised seller so the products are genuine and in original packaging! On the one occasion that my parcel didn’t arrive in time (courier error) LED grow shop didn’t even hesitate to sent the order again before the courier had corrected their mistake. I received it the following day! 10/10 for LED Grow Shop!

At the beginning of the year I bought a Cloudline Pro T4 to use for bathroom ventilation. According to the specifications, it is perfect, easy to install, IP44, can be installed in any direction, works at low and high temperatures and much more, plus they recommend it for this job. We installed it in the attic above the bathroom. I realized that it gets no less than 10 degrees there and the fan works even at 0 degrees. It worked perfectly for about 10 days, after which the power in the house went out. After a short investigation, I found out that the reason was that the fan had condensed all over and water was even leaking from the cable box and it had stopped working. I contacted the company and they replied that they could not say what happened and could not take responsibility because they did not install it. I told them that this was not a requirement for the warranty to be valid and that in my opinion the problem is that this fan cannot be used to pull warm air from the bathroom while it is installed in a colder room because this fan does not have any insulation on the casing and the cable box is glued to it. As a result, they asked for it to be investigated and I sent it, of course at my own expense. The investigation found that all the moisture seals were intact but there was water in the fan due to incorrect installation from the air pipes, water had entered the fan. How is this possible when they say that the seals are intact and if this happens, it means that we have a defective product. I asked to know which hole exactly is the connection between the air pipes and the cable box, but I was only told that it was my fault. After that, they stopped responding. In my opinion, such companies should not be used because they sell dangerous products. I advise you not to buy this product if you are going to use it for such a purpose because you may not have my luck and the fuse will turn off the power. With only 10 days of operation of the product, any normal company would take it and return the money, but not this one. There is no guarantee, stay away.From: LED Grow Shop UK

We have fully inspected the fan and all ingress protection is intact. We have captured evidence of a liquid / water having been previously inside the fan which is further to your own observation of water inside the wiring box.

Liquid water has made its way into the fan as a result of the incoming ducting. This water has caused a short on the main PCB and resulted in the premature failure of the fan. Since this is not a product defect and is a result of the installation, we cannot support further with this. You should take up the issue with the installer / installation.

The controller itself has been tested and works fine. I am sorry this is not the outcome you may be looking for.

The people I've dealt with are helpful and very professional. They always get back to my emails, in a decent window. Any issue and it's dealt with there and then. They offer pre-ordering of certain things which is epic.

Everything ive received has been boxed (appropriate size) in brand new, unbranded, sturdy, plain cardboard boxes and have been packaged properly... good use of space so theres little movement with just a good amount of filler material. I cannot commend enough whomever packed my stuff, some decent thought went into that.

Plus I've appreciated the wee good quality trinkets thrown in from time to time in larger orders (they are useable and I do daily).

The only time their price was beaten for me was when amazon had a promotion with a significant discount at xmas, and it was really only 3 things out of a 20 or so line order. Apart from that one time... if someone was a few quid less I'd still go to LGS because I know the service I'm going to get and thats worth it.

I bought one cable for temperature and humidity readings. They scammers charged me for return!!! Originally paid £26, but scammers deducted FEES.... I got back only fuc...g £12.
The gave HUGE unfair fees for returns. Thi is against consumer protection law and I will go further with court case I xan easily win ( that's what my loyer will do to them)
