Purchased the AC Infinity Pro not for growing anything but for straight forward ventilation under a recently built suspended wooden floor to avoid moisture build up and regulate humidity levels, the equipment turned up very quickly through DPD. I took the kit out of the box made all the connections, switched on the power and there you go easy as pie - maybe I should have downloaded the App which would have helped the initial setup using my android phone as this was even easier than the manual instructions. 10/10. thank you.

I haven't experienced such good customer service in a long time. I bought a bunch of stuff all arrived well packaged & extremely fast. I ran into an issue with one of the bits of kit & messaged the shop to arrange a return after trouble shooting over the phone with a friendly staff member.

As a disabled person I sometimes miss read social ques & get quite nervous but I have been helped every step of the way with any messages I've sent being replied to extremely quickly. They even sent me a return label when I couldn't get a label printed off.

After initially returning the item that needed returned there was problems at the post office getting DPD to collect the item, again I was helped by the shop. They escalated it to DPD as did I. Thankfully the item has been returned successfully & the replacement is out for delivery today.

If your looking for a genuine business that genuinely seems to care about customer experience this is the shop for you.

Honestly by far the best company out there, not only do they have the highest quality products on the market but they are a fraction of the price you'll pay elsewhere, delivery is as described spot on!
