Katy was great at keeping me informed all along the way.

I was unsure of leasing as not done anything like this before...and was recently widowed. A friend recommended your company and my contact was very reassuring and helpful. He answered all my queries no matter how trivial very patiently....and the whole process went through very quickly but he was always at end of phone if required.
My one little worry was that having arranged for me to take delivery on a specific day...I had no more info and by 11 am that day I rang to query if it was coming. They were very helpful and called me back to say it had left.
A short time later the driver rang to say he was 40 minutes away....so no worries after all.
I would add the driver was very pleasant and helpful towards me as I had never driven a new car and some of the technology was alarming 😀.
He gave me several tips which helped until I read up and had help from my family.
All in all a very stress free experience. Thank you

My very first time leasing a car, and as a very anxious person, I spent months planning and researching (and worrying!)

There is so much to learn and take in, and so many moving parts.

I cannot thank Ashley enough for his help through this whole process, he really made it feel so easy. I don't often trust people I don't know, especially if I'm only speaking with them over the phone, but he was so knowledgeable, understanding, calm and helpful.

He's been so responsive and quick to help, no questions were too silly or too much. There are a lot of moving parts in leasing a car (no pun intended) and having Ashley arrange everything and know about each part individually is priceless!

After I signed off on the lease, I was called within 3 working days to arrange delivery, the delivery was scheduled for a week later. It was such a speedy turnaround.

I will be back at the end of my lease to update my review!

they dropped my car with no information or help with my new car i contacted them by email and made a complaint i am still waiting for a responce not happy at all

From the first contact their agent,Jim Dean, was personable and helpful. He was honest about delivery lead-ins on some models. He explained options clearly and helped me secure a great deal for a Hyundai Tucson. Application and delivery went very smoothly. The car is brilliant and at a very good price.

The lease price for the car was the second cheapest I could find, but we went with Lease Car as they had great online reviews and the other company’s were terrible. Very simple process - an online application and 2 quick calls with Ben Salmon, the sales exec, then delivery was arranged for 11 days later (before 8am, which I thought was great service). Really impressed with that. The car was dropped off in new condition, as you’d expect, and the delivery guy gave me a quick demonstration of some of the cars features. I’ve only had the car a day, but first impressions are great. I really can’t say enough positive things about my experience of this company

I’ve never leased a car before and needed help with understanding the process. I spoke with Jim who put my mind at ease, explained every part of the process, kept me up to date with what was happening and when, and always responded to me with any query I had, regardless on how trivial it may have been. The car arrived as planned and Jim followed up on the day of delivery to ensure everything was as arranged. Excellent service, thank you.

Call me old-fashioned but in an age when most purchasing experiences are cold, dispassionate and often anxiety-inducing, it was the opposite doing business with the team at Lease Car. Stephen Turner was brilliant at putting together a lease package for me, explaining all the options and relaying key information in a straightforward jargon-free manner throughout the process. I never once felt rushed, out of the loop - or confused. Other members of the team were equally helpful and friendly - and I was always able to speak to someone via phone during office hours when needed. Even post-delivery of the car, Stephen and co. are every bit as helpful as they have been from the start. What's not to like or wholeheartedly recommend?! Just brilliant.
