The physician has yet to put me on his patient list to be accepted into my department of health. If I had a deadline coming up which is why I got the card I would be screwed. Update: I have received the steps to move forward but it still should have taken as long as it did and without being able to contact to physician directly to better understand the problem.

Avoid renewals Trying to renew my prescription which expiers on August 30,2025 with leafwell to find my doctor is no longer with them. I understand that Florida law requires an initial in person visit and figured I would need to see another doctor iperson.
I was notified that my perception expires in 45 day to make an appointment. I did 40 days in advance and was only able to chose Aug 25,26,27 even though it was over a .month away.5 Days before it expires!I received email confirmation as well as reminder email and a appointment log in email 10 minutes before my appointment. I had logged in already as waited in the Queue as #2 not going anywhere for over a half hour. I gave up an texted them where I was notified by Grace, my doctor is no longer working for them. She would look into it and get back to me
Of course a day later I still havnt heard from her. I called this time spoke with a supervisor and then finally het supervisor Payton. She reminded me I would need to see a doctor again, wich I already know, but they don't have any doctors in ft Lauderdale ,miami or anywhere.. She offered to send me a list of available doctors to go find my own. The other option It is to go to a free event in either Tampa or Tallahassee, 4 and 5 hours away. Also, not for 3 weeks after my pwrscripton expiers. It isinconceivable to me that they are allowed to practice providing medical Marijuana prescriptions with no local doctors or support to back them up. I am left with nothing and only a few days to get a new provider. This should not be allowed. The events are fine but they need support in case a doctor leaves and how to handle the situation. Not, what I'm left with nothing, no doctor and very little time and only help to send me Doctors list,which i can Google. Terible customer service

You all did not file for my licence! I saw the doctor have a copy of it but the ok mb has no info about licensing.
