Hi Barry, thanks for giving us a 5-star rating. We are all golfers, so we know how you feel as a golfer. When we can do something, we most definitely will try our best to arrange something. But, in most cases we are also dependent on the golf course. So, kudos for the golf club is in place here as well.
Booking golf tee times abroad
I have been using Leading Courses for about four years, specifically to book tee times on golf courses abroad. Initially I was sceptical about the usefulness of the site but I now find that the service they offer is exceedingly efficient with a very prompt response, and seems to get better the more I use it. I like the fact that I always seem to deal with the same person when I have a query which I feel helps ensure a good resolution to the issue. If you are a golfer who plays many different courses this company has a lot to offer.

Conformément à notre conversation par courriel, nous vous avons expliqué qu'il y a une période d'annulation pour toutes les réservations de greenfee effectuées par l'entremise de Leadingcourses.com. C'est la même chose que pour l'achat d'un billet d'avion, d'un ticket de théâtre ou de concert. La période d'annulation est en place pour toutes ces réservations afin de couvrir la perte de revenus. De plus, nous avons été informés 7 jours après l'annulation effective, ce qui complique encore les choses. Notre équipe du service clientèle est disponible 7 jours sur 7 et nous essayons d'offrir un service clientèle de haute qualité, mais dans ce cas, nous sommes limités en raison de la période d'annulation mentionnée ci-dessus. Nous vous avons conseillé de contacter votre assurance voyage pour couvrir la perte du montant payé pour les greenfees et nous vous avons fourni une facture à présenter à votre compagnie d'assurance. Comme nous vous l'avons expliqué dans nos courriels, nous sommes vraiment désolés de cette situation mais, comme vous pouvez le comprendre, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous aider davantage, il s'agit clairement d'un cas d'assurance. Si vous avez besoin d'une aide supplémentaire pour la documentation destinée à votre compagnie d'assurance, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter.

Easy and simple to find and book tee times
Easy and simple to find tee times. I picked a tee time at 14.20 which was much cheaper (40 euros instead of 82 euros) than during the morning. It was a twilight rate, but I managed to play all 18 holes. Paying was easy and no issues at the golf club. The booking was in their system. All in all a great experience.

Apres une erreur de ma part , j'ai demandé à annuler mes réservations. Pas très satisfait du contact par mail . Ma carte bancaire a été refusée par leadingcourses suite à ces annulations et je n'ai eu aucune explication .

Good quality follow up on review
Had a bad experience, so I put a negative review for leadingcourses. I was contacted by the owner and was explained that some bugs affected the review placing proces. I realy apreciated the care that was taken for my review and explanation. Everything fixed, they realy took notice on my feedback. Realy good quality management.

We have checked all your reviews and only 2 of them were negative (Seapine Golf Course and Royal Hua Hin Golf Club) and they have both been approved and live on Leading Courses. We never change the contents of a review. We will only correct obvious (grammar) mistakes. Dear Mr. Wouters, many thanks for your review. It is high season in the Canary Islands and tee times for this area need to be booked well in advance. Normally Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur have got some availability left and depending on where you are situated you might want to visit the beautiful Seve Ballesteros course in the north of the island, Buenavista golf. If you are staying in the south it will take you an hour by car and the drive itself is a great experience. Furthermore you might want to visit the paradise island of La Gomera and play Tecina Golf. This is a great day out taking the ferry from Los Cristianos at 09:30 to San Sebastian de La Gomera, 40 minutes drive to the course and enjoy the amazing scenery. Play this very special course, 18 holes with ocean views and Mount Teide in the background. Looking forward to seeing you on Leadingcourses.com soon

I used Leading Courses to book my tee times for a month’s long stay in the Marbella, Spain area. One of the best things about LC is that it provides good information on each of the courses. Likewise, their website is well designed so reservations are very easy to make. Finally, all of the courses readily accepted the reservations we made with LC.

Je viens de réserver des départs au Maroc, golf d Amelkis, et je les appelle pour confirmer ma réservation sur leading course, il ne la trouve pas et me signale qu ils ne travaillent plus avec eux, donc pas de réservations et mon argent a bien été débité.
Aprés prise en charge rapide par le service client LD, il semblerait que la réservation soit bien effectué. Cela dit, j attire votre attention sur le fait de bien vérifier auprés du golf la bonne prise en charge de votre demande.
