A special mention to Shane, who sorted out my mobile billing and made the entire transition incredibly smooth and easy. Also, a big thank you to Michell, who really went above and beyond—when we hit a wall with a non-existent broadband connection, he came up with a solution and even handled the installation himself.

We moved our mobile phone agreements over to LB Telecom last year and the process was seamless. Shane took the hassle out of everything and made the transition incredibly straightforward.

Highly recommend - for all Utility renewals
LB have been our Telecoms provider for 15 years. They provide excellent customer service and always go above and beyond.
Lawrence informed me they also review Gas, Electricity and water contracts to get the best price on the market. So I asked him to review on our behalf and he didn’t disappoint.
LB will be reviewing all our utility contracts going forward.

Stand out service
From my first conversation with LB Telecom, the service has been absolutely brilliant.
We had an issue with our current provider, and the internet had lost sight of line signal, not only did LB Telecom quickly offer an alternative solution, they did it at a much more competitive price! Came to Shane, without a direct contract enquiry, from an issue with 'Comparethenetworks.com' (def don't go there), it is a refreshing change to have real support from anyone in online services these days and, despite it not being his problem, Shane was brilliant, directing and supporting me, telling me where to look for information and how to progress my issues. Great chap, I wish him well and would highly recommend him.

Absolute pleasure working with Shane. Not being very tech savvy I'm always cautious when having to up date my company mobiles as theres always some feature or app that I end up losing that I think will be automatically there that isn't. Not your usual Telecoms company!
Had a call from Shane, at first I thought it was yet another call from a telecoms company! boy was I wrong. As our supplier, Shane realised these call were an issue for me and put me on the TPS, there and then. he hadn't called to speak with me, but still took the time to sort this out for me. Can't ask or pay for better service. What a star!
