Fantastiska mattor. Bra svar från kundservice. Samarbetet med Bring drar ner lite då upphämtningen inte fungerade. En retur via dem var också lite väl kostsam (695:-) kan jag tycka. I övrigt toppen!

The carpets were nice
The carpets were nice, but delivered to wrong country. Seems like there is a mess in the systems, so they do not pick up if you enter a new address in your order form, if you have ordered from them earlier. After getting notification that they had shipped to wrong country, they suggested a third country (!) instead of the country an address I entered in the order from (and paid vat according to). I now have to transport the carpets to the other country myself, which adds to the cost and the hurdle of supplying to the house. I you have more than one house, I would not recommend shopping from this site as their internal systems apparently are not set up for this.

Complicated / Worth It
I found that it can be complicated getting shipments from a non-US based retailer through the US Customs Process. The customer support staff at Layered as well the support staff at FedEx were helpful and responsive. Be prepared to track your shipment and coordinate the exchange of retailer and manufacture information and the completion of certain custom forms. It took awhile but well worth it.

Noe trøbbel med retur av første kjøpet, men det ordnet seg.
Hadde spart litt mas fra min side hvis mottatt teppe hadde blitt registrert hos kundeservice. Postappen gav meg beskjeder som jeg ikke skulle ha (bedriftsretur)
Ett spørsmål - når jeg støvsuger kommer det noe ull av - regner med at det vil gi seg etter hvert?

Vi tar verkligen till oss av din feedback kring returhanteringen. Vi beklagar att appens notiser skapade onödig förvirring och oro längs vägen – det ska vi självklart se över så att informationen blir tydligare framåt.
Gällande din fråga om ullen: Ja, det stämmer precis! Det är helt naturligt att en ny ullmatta släpper ifrån sig lite överskottsull under den första tiden. Det beror på naturliga fiberrester från vävningen och kommer successivt att avta ju mer mattan används och dammsugs. Ett tips för att vårda fibrerna på bästa sätt är att dammsuga varsamt i luggens riktning med ett slätt munstycke (undvik roterande borstvals).

This was an order for samples
This was an order for samples. Essential when buying expensive products online, but not everyone makes samples available. This is the reason for my four star rating.
Delivery took a long time … a couple of months? And there were no messages to indicate approximate wait time. Okay for samples but if I had purchased a rug I would have been concerned.
As for the product itself, loved the quality and solid colours. Did not buy finally because the “cream” colour in the model I wanted was very tired/dirty looking, unlike Instagram photos … thus the need to buy a sample!!

Missnöjd med kvalitén och informationen innan köp.
Jag har varit i kontakt med företaget efter mattköpet och beskrivit mattan som bubblig. Jag har fått svar, men upplever att detta skulle förmedlas innan köp att mattan kan vara ojämn efter att ha legat ihoprullad. Svaret var att detta skulle gå över om jag la tunga böcker på eller en undermatta. Jag har inte gjort det och mattan är fortfarande bubblig efter tre veckor på sin plats. den känns också tunnare än det prov vi köpte först.

Tack för att du hör av dig till oss igen. Det är tråkigt att höra att din matta fortfarande är bubblig och att du upplever att informationen innan köp var otydlig. Det ber vi om ursäkt för.
Eftersom våra mattor rullas hårt inför transporten för att skyddas kan det uppstå spänningar i baksidan. Ibland lägger de sig av sig själva, men oftast behöver mattan lite hjälp på traven för att bli helt slät – till exempel genom att rullas hårt åt motsatt håll ett tag, belastas med tunga böcker över veck/bubblor eller kompletteras med en undermatta som sträcker ut den.
Gällande provbiten kan mindre prover ibland upplevas något kompaktare p.g.a. sin storlek och kant sydd nära inpå, men materialmängden och kvaliteten i själva mattan ska självklart vara identisk.
Du är alltid varmt välkommen att svara direkt i vår tidigare mejltråd som vi kommunicerade i sist – då har vi hela din historik samlad på ett ställe. Om du har testat tipsen ovan och ser att det ändå inte gett med sig är det bara att återkomma till oss där, så hjälper vi dig vidare så att vi hittar en bra lösning!

Mattorna håller inte måttet - synligt på andrahandsmarknaden
Katterna håller inte måttet i längden, ser bra ut på provbitarnactagit både stor och liten. Fina färger och mönster. Bra med utbyt att kunna välja. Nu när jag gått igenom eftermarknaden B L A Blocket, ser jag att de blir ovanligt påverkade och därmed otilltalande. Det är olyckligt för jag hade sett något som jag trodde på.
