Polite, thorough service. The app is a bit difficult to navigate but the actual people are top notch.

I love my mower. I was at the hospital with my husband and they came by mowed the lawn and did a wonderful job

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was an absolute mess.

When I scheduled my lawn treatment, I was specifically told someone would come out to the property. Instead, I received no call, no app notification, and no email. Someone showed up before 9 a.m. on the first day of the treatment window and treated the lawn without any notice. I only realized it had been done when I saw a small treatment tag in the front yard.

This was especially frustrating because I needed advance notice to unlock the gate for access to the backyard. I was also told they use satellite imagery to assess the property, despite my home being a new build and the available imagery still showing the property under construction with no lawn.

It became clear that LawnStarter outsources the actual work, which wouldn't necessarily be a problem if they had any control over scheduling and communication. Unfortunately, what I was told by customer service did not match what actually happened.

Based on this experience, I don't trust the company and would not use them again. There are plenty of local lawn services that can provide better communication and a more straightforward customer experience.

I'm kept informed at all stages of service. If I have anything I need done it is taken care of. They do a great job all the way around.

They went above and beyond, making sure my grass was city-approved and cleared of all debris that could possibly get my vacant property fined.

Lawnstarter is the best company for me at this time. The quoted price is more than I usually paid in the past, but well worth it! They are professional, polite, reliable, etc. Give time for the customer to check the service given, before they even ask for pay. Not many companies offer that over and above service and follow up. Outstanding. Please try them you may be creating a business relationship that may last for many years to come. Good luck to all Lawnstarter staff, workers, contractors. Lawnstarter for me was a game changer. I needed my lawn mowed and they came through and did a great job. They were professional in every way. They got the job done and were neat and quick. They also helped me with my fence the week before. Thanks to them, my backyard is secure again.

Jason does a great job on my lawn and he is consistently great. I have used his services for the past few years and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend recommend him!

I had a very disappointing experience with Lone Star Towing and would not recommend this company based on how my situation was handled.
After their service, my backyard lawn was left in very poor condition. Cut grass was left piled across the lawn instead of being properly cleaned up. The heavy layer of clippings remained on top of the grass, and afterward large areas of my lawn dried out and were damaged.
I contacted the company, explained what happened, and asked them to take responsibility and help restore the damaged areas, such as by reseeding the lawn. I also provided photos, messages, and other evidence showing the condition of the yard and the damage.
Despite this, they did not accept responsibility or offer a reasonable solution to correct the problem.
What disappointed me most was not simply that damage occurred, but the way my concerns were handled afterward. Mistakes can happen, but I believe a professional company should listen to a customer, review the evidence, and make a reasonable effort to correct damage caused during its service.
Based on my experience, I would not use Lone Star Towing again. I am sharing this review so other customers can be aware of my experience and make their own informed decision before hiring this company.
