LawnStarter Recenzje

LawnStarter started off by changing my Pro several times for reasons that I didn’t understand. But now, I have a team that does very well. After a rough start, I’m a happy camper, and my lawn looks great. Thanks LawnStarter.

Mitch always came when scheduled and he was efficient and thorough— he left our lawns looking great!

Very Disappointed With the Reliability of This Service
I have been extremely disappointed with the reliability of my LawnStarter lawn service. My biggest concern isn't just the quality of the mowing—it is getting someone to actually show up to mow the lawn.
My appointments have repeatedly been canceled or rescheduled, sometimes at the last minute. I understand that unexpected circumstances occur, but when cancellations and rescheduling become the pattern rather than the exception, the service is no longer dependable.
Meanwhile, my grass keeps growing. Right now, my lawn looks more like a jungle than a maintained property! I hired a lawn service so I wouldn't have to keep wondering whether someone would show up.
Customers plan their schedules around the service dates they are given. If a provider cannot consistently meet those commitments, LawnStarter needs to assign a reliable replacement rather than repeatedly moving the appointment to another day.
I want dependable lawn care, clear communication, and a service provider who arrives when scheduled. That should not be too much to expect from a professional lawn service. Cancellations:

Very pleased with Sam and Lawnstarter. The price was very reasonable and my lawn care was excellent.

Exquisite lawn mowing, edging, and cleanup!

Juan did a good job with the front yard.

You hire qualified lawn care professionals and I appreciate that! Thanks.

Poor customer service before even booking

I requested a quote through LawnStarter’s app, then called after receiving a voicemail. The representative repeatedly asked for information I had already entered, even after reading it back and receiving my confirmation. She also talked over me when I tried to explain what I needed: a total price for the requested services.

When I expressed my frustration and asked for a manager, I was told none was available. This left me concerned about how a future problem would be resolved or escalated if I couldn’t get help beyond that representative.

I chose not to book. This review is about customer service, not the lawn care. A simple quote shouldn’t be this difficult.

The lawn service I received is very good and timely. This is very important at this time of year when the lawn can quickly become overgrown due to the rainy weather.

LawnStarter put me in contact with Tim’s Discount Mowing a couple of seasons ago when my previous lawn care company stopped its service. I’ve been more than happy with the service I’ve received. LawnStarter has been in constant communication when issues of timing arise, which are uncommon, and that is a great comfort. All-in-all, LawnStarter’s vetting and overall service has been a great thing. Tim’s Mowing, I can’t say enough good about.

Jeremiah does excellent service every time. He is reliable, thorough, courteous, and consistently handles my lawn with a high degree of professionalism.

Great service

They do a great job and keep in great communication with the customer.

William always does a very good job! He's been a true blessing as the heat this summer was just too much for me.

Great lawn consistent and efficient guys! They always do a thorough job and are careful around my garden beds which I appreciate! I highly recommend them!! 🤗

I’ve been using this app for about 7-8 years and have been working with Brandon for the same time. He’s great at what he does, fast and efficient. I’ve never had an issue with him or the app.

I didn't have time to keep up with the yard myself, so I gave LawnStarter a try. It saved me some hassle, and I like how simple the while experience was.

Very responsive, excellent communications, quality contractors with timely and clean lawn service. Haven't had any issues with this service whatsoever. Made my life easier when it comes to lawn care.

Easy to schedule. Straight forward on details. Consistantly good work
