Crappy quality! What you receive is NOT what is shown in their catalog. Horrible customer service, now their email address bounces as not valid. They ship from China and if you want to return YOU have to pay for the shipping to China! Looks like a England company that drop ships poor quality wigs from China.

Do not buy these products. The pics are false representations of the products. The wigs are badly made. I bought 6. They are no good. Customer service is rude and only responds by email. Return is a collosal problem and no guarantees of money back. It's fraudulent. They do not honor their return policy. Do not buy.

I received the wigs ..1st NO LACE FRONT JUST BADLY MADE REGULAR WIGS..WHEN U BRUSH THEM THE HAIR COMES Out EXCESSIVELY THE CAP THE WOG IS MADE ON IS VERY VISIBLE AROUND THE EDGES AND OH THATS RITE..NO FREAKIN LACE AT ALL

I ordered 3 wigs, I did not get what I purchased. I want my money back. This is not even human hair or human like hair. Close your business down, NOW! We don’t like to be fooled. I screen shot the wigs that I wanted, I received stripper looking hair from the 70’s. Please help.

This company is a Scam!! Wigs are cheaply made. They are completely different from pictures advertised. In addition,they don't provide full refund. I emailed them about return information label,they responded stating that they don't give that because it's an international order. Be AWARE of that,and their WIGS are like those Halloween wigs to wear with costumes. They are ALL TRASH!FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

This is not a legit company I've contacted the BBB and they said this company is UNCREDIBLE!!! and are located in LONDON .. they have NO!! customer service support only email.. if you used your credit card?? Call your credit card company and dispute charges. Be careful using other ways of payment... contact the BBB and make a complaint and you will see other complaints as well.. The hair did not look like how it is pictured commercials on YouTube advertisements. The wigs look so cheap that You can see the glue in the middle of the hair. You will be losing your money if you buy these wigs!

I have not receive my wigs my new I cannot even pull it up with the tracking device which has been 10 days already I emailed them to try to get some answers out of someone with no results so this is how black people do black people take the money and run.

ORDER # LAN00003558! I paid $60.00 for what I thought were 3 glueless lace front wigs. What I received were 3 costume looking wigs. I was told that they don't provide return labels and that I would have to send them to a return address in China, even though they were shipped to me from Cedar Grove, NJ. I checked with the US Postal service and they said that the cost to send the items to the address in China would be $30.00. Why is it on the consumer to pay for the return of an order that they screwed up? No one wig but all 3 were wrong.

All my wigs was bad they want return my money I can’t believe I fell for this fake company I will never buy anything from ads again I believe I should sue them if I don’t get my refund;update they finally paid me but wait for it it was only 30 percent of the purchase;please don’t waste your time they wigs are garbage literally

This Company is Bogus , Fake funky, Fraudster, These Ads Are Fake as ever, 🛑🛑Facebook, and YouTube, and Tic Tok, and Instagram and Google, stop advertising these Laviniahair company wigs clueless wigs fake . Tracking is Bogus the first time shipping took forever never can get in touch with anyone. Then when it did the wigs I threw them in trash, I was pissed. I was not even cosplaying. I'm serious I don't play with my funds. I'm a Licenced Cosmetologist so I do not play I had someone's head to do .. Dump these ads. Shut them down they always change their names never believe them.

what I received is nothing like what I ordered. 3/WIGS for $60. Sent in my complaint and have not heard anything back. Sent emails with pictures of what I ordered and what they sent to me. I am at a loss for words. None of the items had any lace front. One was shedding before I could get it out of the packaging. There was no order sheet in my package for what I ordered nor was there any information for a return. I just want my money back. I can't do anything with these 3 wigs but return them. BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING!! I only hope that someone reads my experience with Lavinia Hair/LuvMe WIGS. IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!!!!!

I must say I had the most worst experience of ordering online for hair this is my first time purchasing hair and will be my last.The hair was horrible. Nothing about it was first class, simply horrible. Money wasted and I will make sure that I tell all my friends do not purchase from this company. Only good thing about this I decided to give all the wigs to charity.

This company is a scam.they advertised their products as lace Remy hair and they sent some synthetic shiny hair. Fake! Stay away from this company. They should be reported.

Was told my order was sent out two weeks ago and still nothing. I sent an email given to contact regarding this so hopefully I hear back and get positive results. However The reviews on here does not give me confidence. Not use to buying hair online so this will be a learned experience to do my homework first. Don’t have money to waste.

So for about a week Now I've been trying to get a refund for the hair they sent me it's nothing like what they show on The site this is so sad. I've E-mailed them you can't call and speak to nobody. Their policy says they won't refund your Money from the day you order to the Day you receive it how's that possible if it takes the hair 2 weeks to get to the customer. I WANT MY MONEY back I DO NOT WANT A STORE CREDIT. I HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF EVER SHOPPING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

There website is nothing like the actual products. Hair shedding on all products which i got one advertised as human hair, all are synthetic cheap hard hair ok lines nor are laced. My products also show the thread Stay away You can order better wigs else where. Not happy. False advertisment

This website is fake and should not be up and running, they don't send for returns in any form and offer you 10% or 15% of your money back, I only received $9.70 when knowing I purchased the 3 wigs deal. They should really be ashamed of themselves, to not sell what is shown in pictures, I will never Purchase again from them. I knew I should have purchased from UNice Hair they have the best, Real Human Hair little pricey but way better and worth the wait for a great quality wigs... Shut them down.....
