Gorgeous earrings and super service

I went into the Sloane Street store today and was looked after by Phoebe. She was super helpful , very professional and friendly.
I bought a pair of Claris earrings and I am delighted with them, I bought a dress today for a wedding and they finish off my outfit.

thus purchase was confusing as it initially offered a 10% discount which then didn't come up when I came to make the purchase

Do not recommend

The quality and appearance of the earrings I got did not match online pictures and descriptions.
Also, disappointed that the return cost has to be covered by the customer.

Excellent service and beautiful and high quality product.
Right after I submitted my order I began to receive updates about my order. The process was organized and fast . I could not believe how easy it was to order your product from Los Angeles/USA. I got my beautiful ring in no time . I own many pieces and love them all. Previously I purchased the items in person while in London and this was the first time I made my purchase on line.

Beautiful earrings

They are beautiful earrings. Got a lot of compliments.
Just for one earring the back kept on coming off, so I had to replace it with another tighter one.

The lost Earring

I bought a pair of earrings for my wife, but unfortunately one was lost during our Christmas celebrations. Laurence Coste couldn’t have been nicer and actually replaced the lost earring. It’s one of the reasons I keep going back whenever I need to buy a very special gift.
