Prometen flores hermosas y frescas y recibí un ramo pequeño con rosas y lirios viejos y partes marchitas, el detalle que debía recibir era muy especial, realmente la calidad del producto fue malísima, además para el precio que cobran, deberían de ser más selectivos con los lugares que eligen en las ciudades, ya que son ocasiones especiales para lo que consideran utilizar sus servicios, en mi caso, LatinFlores eligió una floristería con muy malas reseñas, nota 2.6, lo cual no se compara con los precios que se cobran en esta plataforma. Las cuidé con mucho amor desde el día uno y al tercer día amarecieron completamente marchitos, y algunos de los lirios ni terminaron de abrir porque ya estaban muertos. No era un arreglo fresco ni tampoco de calidad, para el precio, realmente no ha valido la pena, traía una tarjeta barata y elaborada a la carrera y con errores. Deberían ser más profesionales y cuidadosos con los lugares que eligen para estos regalos importantes para ocasiones MUY ESPECIALES.

We had a bad experience with this company. We ordered an arrangement for delivery to a family that was grieving a loss. The rain was delivered and the recipient sent us a picture to thank us for the flowers. However, I noticed from the picture that of the card was very unprofessional with some mistake, covered up with writing on top of it and the flower arrangement looked nothing like the photo that was used to advertise it. I contacted the company to let them know and ask them to find a solution. The next thing I know the florist calls the grieving family to tell them she’s going to take the flowers back to use them for something else because the company was not going to pay her. I let the company know that this was happening and I don’t know what actions they took. However, all they did was offer a 15% discount the next time I would order. Why would I order from them again? In case if you want professional quality flower arrangements This might not be the place to go. Further, I would have never known the arrangement did not look like the picture had the person that sent me the photo so you never know what you’re going to get since they don’t send you photos themselves. Also, I’m not sure if they threatened not to pay the florist, but that is also unprofessional because I never requested a refund nor did I receive a refuns. I just asked them to find a solution.

This was a complete rip-off. The flowers I received were nowhere near what was advertised — totally different arrangement, lower quality, and not worth the price. I paid for a premium product and got something that looks like a basic bouquet.

This is probably one of the worst…
This is probably one of the worst services I have ever used. The website is basically unfunctional as I have not been able to reset my password to see my order and make sure it is going to the right place.
I have tried reaching out through their support chat and have not been responded to in over 5 hours now at this point.
I am really upset with the quality of service they are providing as I am unsure if my order is going to the right address, and not able to get in contact with anyone about this.
Now if I had the option to go back in time when choosing this kind of service. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After some communication from the Customer Support. I would like to say, that they are very respectful in their responses.
But my initial option remains the same. After they contacted me. They mentioned that the colors I ordered were no longer available. Then after saying it was okay to proceed with color change. They came back after to say it was delivered. Even after the receiving party confirmed to me many times they did not receive the flowers.
After calling them out, saying it was never delivered, they had the audacity to reply back saying that even though I purchased from their website, that the purchase was processed through a third party. Which is why I couldn’t have it delivered.
I understand that the partner company does not guarantee delivery. But that fact they tried to say it was delivered when they knew it wasn’t, says enough for me.

Don’t recommend buying here
First an important tip: PAY WITH PAYPAL if you dare to buy in this site.
I ordered a bouquet with a cake for a birthday. Bought it on Jan 30th to be delivered on feb 07th. They didn’t show up.
They called the receiver the next day saying that there was a problem with the payment and they couldn’t delivered it in time.
How in the hell would that have been possible if I payed it in advance?
I asked for a refund, they say for almost a month that they were doing it and they didn’t.
Fortunately I payed with PayPal, so I filed a complaint with the seller and PayPal refunded me ❤️

Antes de fazer a compra consultei por whatsapp se era possível fazer a entrega no dia e horário que eu precisava. Eles aceitaram a minha compra.
No dia combinado para a entrega, disseram que não tinham entregador e cancelaram o pedido. Eles só me informaram do ocorrido depois que perguntei se a entrega havia sido feita. Irresponsáveis!!!

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I ordered flowers and a chocolate box to be delivered yesterday and they were NEVER delivered. I contacted customer service by email (no response) and by text message (got a response) today. They had the nerve to tell me my order is to be delivered today when the delivery date on my order clearly has yesterday’s date. Stay away. They are horrible!!!

No hicieron la entrega en tiempo y no reembolsaron mi pedido . Me estafaron con mi dinero. No los recomendaria . No son confiables . Nunca entregaron el producto y solo fue por la presión de la mala reseña que me dieron el reembolso .

I purchased flowers to be delivered in Quito on Valentine's Day. I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. The order was never delivered.
Thankfully, they issued a full refund relatively promptly, though the online chat function doesn't work well. You're better off sending a WhatsApp message which they respond to far more quickly.
It's disappointing the flowers were never delivered, but based on the other reviews on this page, I wasn't entirely surprised by the outcome...Thankful to have my refund.

The delivery was timely
The delivery was timely. Just everything was way too small for 100 dollars the small teddy bear was probably like a 5 dollar teddy and the flowers were tiny and insignificant it felt like a rip off i had to go out and buy her a super big and elegant bouquet thru a friend that was down there.

NO COMPREN
Mi novio me envió flores el 14 de febrero y no llegaron. Le escribieron al OTRO DÍA 15 que se quedaron sin flores frescas. Como creen, si subcontratan floristerías de la ciudad y en todas habían muchas. Tal vez fue para ahorrarse más y mandarlas 4 días después cuando bajaran los precios. Es triste que jueguen con cosas importantes cuando son relaciones a distancia y ellos cobrando carísimo, para no entregarlo en tiempo y forma. Me la pasé llorando en san Valentín por las malditas flores que no llegaron.

Entrega puntual, pero pedido diferente al solicitado.
La entrega fue puntual y llegó al domicilio correcto, pero el ramo, el peluche y el mensaje de la tarjeta fueron completamente diferentes a lo que solicité. Me hubiera gustado que respetaran el pedido original, ya que era un detalle importante. En mi experiencia, no recibí lo que pedí, por lo que recomiendo confirmar bien antes de realizar una compra.
