I always think that reviews should be done beforehand - previews - and , 'in house' so that the service you offer has been thought through before it reaches the customer and you are confident that no complaints will be made. However, the only thing I will suggest is that e-mails between solicitors regarding queries and matters of progress are copied in to the client.

Excellent service, responds to correspondence straight away, always happy to help with no issues.
