I've had several phone consultations with Stephen and he has been an absolute font of knowledge offering brilliant advice to help us deal with our family issue. An incredibly helpful and approachable company that I wouldn't think twice about dealing with again.

My husband and I visited Latimer Lee solicitors with a view to updating our wills in September 2021. We were told we needed to have lasting power of attorney over each other and our estate was too large for John Sullivan to deal with. After several appointments with John Sullivan and Daniel Rourke we have finally signed our updated wills and the power of attorney is in place. This whole operation has taken nearly six months which we feel is a little long winded. The staff at Latimer Lees are very pleasant and welcoming and thank you for the time taken to accommodate us.

Unprofessional and I wish I'd have used a different firm and saved money.

Excellent professional service provided in a friendly helpful manner

Stephen was a great help as was his secretary Lois. They took me thru the court procedure very comfortably and put my mind at rest as this was my first dealings with a family court. The online court hearing was nerve racking but Stephen and Lois really helped ease my nerves and got me the result i required. Cost was a little higher than expected but the various letters going backwards an forwards were of no fault to Latimer Lee. Overall very pleased with the service and outcome

I purchase my first BTL property and Sara Baig was the key person in dealing with the solicitor side of the purchase. She was very professional, polite and communicated clearly on what was required to complete the purchase. She was prompt at answering her emails and the purchase was completed on time. I was well impressed with her professionalism and i will recommend her and the entire company to any one who want similar service

Did not complete full transfer,amir had no communication with me or there solicitors,been left with no electricity for over a week.
Amir is unprofessional and a bad team member,who does not return phone calls and makes the whole experience very stressful.

Purchasing a garage through auction. Communication was good throughout and someone was always contactable. Their case reference and tracking systems allowed me to check in and clarify any uncertainty early to avoid any surprises later on. Everything completed on time with no fuss.

Compared to other companies this company offered a good price for my conveyancing and got on with the job in hand without hassling me. I encountered very few problems. I would recommend them.

I recently wrote a review of my experience with Latimer Lee Solicitors conveyancing department.

The issue was that their team have taken so far in excess of 6 months to carry out their conveyancing tasks and are not communicating to the standards expected, delaying the completion of the sale significantly.

The case was identified by the CX team who advised me that they would escalate with the solicitor involved, and for them to provide an update to my solicitors. The delay communicated was that they are validating the buyers source of funds - this is usually something that takes place at the very beginning of proceedings but for some unknown reason is taking place at the end.

Every day that passes on this delay is costing me money on an empty property - council tax, maintenance payments, no income from renters etc. but this does not phase the team at Latimer Lee who have continued to provide no updates. The buyer advised they were in a position to exchange in November - but here we are in January with no end in sight.

Latimer Lee had my previous review removed, sighting that it was not a genuine experience. Which is bizarre given the communications with the CX team who were able to identify the case file in question. So, instead of focussing their efforts on the case, and pushing it towards a resolution - they chose instead to spend time working the trust pilot system to have my genuine review removed.

Based on my experience, I would not use or recommend Latimer Lee.

removed my previous review but these guy almost lost us the house we bought. Helen wasn't great, case taken over by Guy who was rude, obnoxious and condescending, never returns anything on time and seems to lack the very basic skills needed to do the job

If you get appointed Debbie Wrigley, your in a safe pair of hands….
Regular contact, helped me out when I got brain fog with other sides further questions and everything got done ahead of schedule.
My sale was wrapped up & all done in 8 weeks!

Recently, I have used several conveyancers and solicitors for sales and purchasing. Vast majority of them were disapointing and would never use them again.
Latimer Lee on the other hand, have been amazing in their communication and thoroughness. They completed my auction purchase within the deadline even having Christmas in between. I am most grateful to Amir Baig who was amazing and responsive and handled my case. Finally, they were very competitive in their charges as an icing on the cake; will definitely use them again.
