I have used Emma at LatimerLee for 8 of my properties (sales and purchases). I’ve never had any issues. Anytime I have questions or queries this lady is my go to person. She has never let me down and always worked with my best interests at heart. Totally recommend.

Our Solicitor Thomas was very professional throughout our procedure. He was informative, polite and contacted us at every needful opportunity! A pleasure to work with!

They are holding money in a Trust for our daughters, who will be given the funds when they are 18 (based on a Will). We asked them where the funds would be held, in which investment vehicle and how would interest be calculated to ensure maximum return of investment ‘in trust’ (as you can imagine you cannot just hold funds for +5 years without clarity on returns, otherwise the funds themselves are worth less given inflationary increases). We received no reply to this, nothing.

We would not use this solicitor again, nor would we recommend using them.

I would highly recommend Latimer Lee, especially Jessica at Ramsbottom, who helped me through the process, after the loss of my partner. I was kept informed throughout and I am grateful of the work they did for me.

I have asked for a quote for a conveyancing matter. Wrote to them several times to get it confirmed only to be told on the day of me confirming my instruction that they can’t act for me due to capacity issues.
When I complained they say they would act for me but at 30% increase to my fees.
What a waste of time.

An excellent service, with pure dedication to their customers needs, what ever problems occurred with the sale of my property they managed to overcome with a very professional approach. i am indebted to them for the amount of work they undertook on my behalf relieving me of some of the pressures of selling a house

I dealt wiv this company b4, and when I checked the reviews they had a very bad rating on this site, & today u can c many reviews "added" somehow, which ve increased their rating. Latimer Lee is a joke of a company, always late with feedback, after chasin 5 times, & make many errors. Looking at the history only a couple of conveyancers stayed from what it was last year. Will take many many months to complete ur purchase and blame the seller solicitors for delays. Then will charge u extra in the name of disbursements. Also the lenders do not take this company seriously. Stay away from them....
