This is the 3rd time I have used Latimer Lee Solicitors. Great service and great value for money. Would recommend to anyone looking at buying or selling a property to use Latimer Lee. Thanks Sara for all your help.

Most definitely not to be trusted.

Everything was first class from start to finish. Phone calls, emails etc. Advised on every step throughout the sale, pushed the other parties concerned. All staff were excellent on the phone & in person. A special thanks to Jaycie who handled everything and also to Dianne.
All very smooth from start to finish.

Good value for money for sale fees. I expected the sale to have been completed quicker than it has but the communication and updates from Jaycie were great.

I was impressed with an initial interest and intense communication with myself when I chose the company especially being based in a distance from where I live. Then there was a period of silence until a solicitor was appointed to us. Initially we needed to remind our solicitor about 'our case' but shortly after things progressed quite quickly and the communication was very good. We also were offered assistance and explanation when needed. Overall, it took 5 months to get the keys. It had its prons and cons.
Also, I would appreciate if documents had been sent to me by post rather than email to print and sign them off as I had experience with another company before. Overall, I would use this company in the future. Thank you very much for your assistance.

As a first time buyer, I really wasn’t sure what to expect, but had heard solicitor horror stories.
Debra has been the absolute BEST at a time when I had no experience and, quite frankly, not a clue what I was doing! She responded to my emails within an hour at most normally, and spoke to me with humour, kindness and honesty throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will be forever grateful for going 363 days for me to get my home.

Jade Sykes has provided a perfect experience during the sale of my property. Jade has communicated with me every step of the way and all emails and phone calls have been responded to promptly. Jade is very hardworking and often answered emails after business hours, always on the same day. There is parking outside the office so dropping off documents has been very easy and the lady on reception has been very pleasant and helpful. The experience was a long one and slightly frustrating one due to how the sellers builder was dealing with the matter but Latimer Lee (Amir and Sara) made sure to protect my best interests and manager though much pressure from myself (apologies) to get an end date for me set and make the whole process as stress free as possible. Very good from my end. My only complaint would be that it was sometimes hard to get a response early days but I also appreciate everyone is busy.

Sara was extremely helpful and always available when I contacted her for any concerns or chase up regarding my property purchase, she has always been on hand and very helpful, quick to respond very efficient, dedicated, competent and professional throughout and made sure she had covered all area’s from her side to mitigate any delay’s. She provided conveyancing service way and beyond expectations and we completed successfully without any concerns.

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic service I have received from Latimer Lee Solicitors Limited. I would highly recommend Latimer Lee Solicitors, especially Sara Baig who was the solicitor that dealt with me. Ms Baig was very efficient, dedicated, competent and professional throughout our dealings. She was also always very friendly, helpful and polite, and went above and beyond. Both Latimer Lee Solicitors and Sara Baig made the whole process so much easier for me even though we had a few hurdle to jump. Thank you all so very much.

DO NOT have a will with power of attorney with these scammers
Almost £1,000 for a will, then if you want to make alterations, they want to charge you at least another £150 for each one and they try to get you to pop in so they can charge you another £250
The will is written in such a way, it's too confusing to work out

They are extremely unhelpful

I only asked for a quote. Despite never speaking to anybody they relentlessly emailed me their terms of business to sign. Weeks later they called me and I told them I had sorted this already and please stop emailing me! I’m still receiving emails. Honestly, who would sign terms of business without even knowing the price?
