Recently I hired a laser hair removal machine from Laseraid UK for my clinic. The experience from machine delivery till training was superb. Their customer service is very friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

LASERAID has been brilliant for me. I was so desperate to get into laser hair removal but I am a small solo business which made me nervous purchasing a machine and didn't want anything less than the best. When signing up to a purchase agreement you are signing up for 5+ years of paying a set monthly fee. This scared me because who knows what could happen within the next 5 years... LASERAID have the best machines which you can rent, paying weekly and engineers at the ready. You are signed up with a years agreement that can then be extended. I truly can't fault them. When it comes to laser hair removal machines don't settle for anything but the best which LASERAID have at the ready!

I have been using Laseraid for years now to service and replace any parts of my lynton laser.
Their customer service is super and quick.
The engineer i had this time around went that extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and in working order. Cant thank Konrad enough my machine was serviced and lamp replaced. Working like a dream I wouldnt go any where else.

We decided to open a laser hair removal clinch and I spoke to Jamel regarding a laser machine and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to advise us on what we would need and put us in touch with the correct trainers who were very helpful.

If you need a machine definitely speak to him. He will advise you on the best machines available and will tell you what’s not worth looking at.

Got my laser up and running again very quickly and efficiently. Thanks everyone. It’s much appreciated especially after being closed for so long.

I have been with LASERAID (formerly known as One Light) for well over 3 years.
Jamel & his colleagues offer an extremely professional service, including excellent customer care & such an amazing response time.
I have had clients on the couch & Jamel has answered each call & talks me through the issue. Where the problem can not be resolved, he then arranges to meet asap.
The service they provide is exceptional & I can highly recommend this company 100%
