Best service we have received from a company in a very long time.

i have been very impressed with everything so far, the machine is in perfect condition and so happy when it arrived. i then had my training with the wonderful taryn who was honestly the one of the best trainers i’ve ever come across so in detailed but so welcoming, couldn’t thank her enough!!

Laseraid has been absolutely fantastic!
I found them earlier in the year and they went above and beyond to help me with a technical laser problem, even though at the time the laser didn’t come from themselves.
Because of the outstanding customer service I received it was an obvious choice to choose them to get a new device from. Since then, the level of service from Jamel, Darren, Chelsea and Konrad that I have received has been nothing but excellent. I’m so pleased I have found them as chosen them as my laser provider and can’t wait to train and work closer with them. I couldn’t recommend them any more!

Spent 1 week and 3 days at laser aid and the training was amazing , taryn , Sarah and Nat are all very knowledgeable and soo friendly. I learnt so many skills that will help better Mt future so much the machines are the most advanced also wich means you get a head start in the industry ! It came as no surprise to me to discover that Laseraid has a five star trust pilot rating.
Jamel, Director, delivers an exceptionally first rate standard of service.
He has excellent communication skills alongside being friendly, dedicated, honest, professional and reliable plus prompt in his response to my enquiries. I contacted him with regard to selling an M22 following the closure of a salon due to the pandemic. He gave me a contact in the United States who was interested in buying my machine. Following this introduction, he acted as a third party without receiving any financial remuneration. At first, I thought this is too good to be true, however, in this case, it was “true!!”. The sale was agreed upon with Jamel organising the transport of the laser to the USA.
There is no way I could have negotiated this transaction without his help and guidance. I will be forever grateful to him for this.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.
