Absolutely brilliant company! Ordered Clevo NJ75AU 17,3-inch Linux Laptop Workstation, i5-1335U (3.40 to 4.60 GHz – 2 P-Cores / 8 E-Cores / 12 Threads – 12 MB Intel® Smart Cache), 16 GB RAM, 1 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, 1 TB 2.5" SSD (Seq. Read: 560 MB/s, Write: 530 MB/s). Order placed Monday morning 07/03/2025, arrives to my home in the UK on Wednesday 9th. An amazing turnaround time! LinuxMint preinstalled as requested with no custom options. I re-imaged LinuxMint with non standard partitions which I'm sure the technicians would have done for me to my required spec had I had requested it, I just preferred to do it myself. The Laptop is working perfectly as an everyday workhorse, nice big screen, handy to have the internal DVD. I highly recommended LapTopwithLinux and would use them again in an instant.

I have been using this Clevo NJ75AU for 5 days now it seems very well built and runs fantastic .It arrived triple boxed and well packed , From placing my order to arrival 5 days including a weekend i an in the UK. The people were polite patient and very helpful, answering all questions. The learning curve is little steeper than expected, the last I used Linux was in the days of CP/M and Dos 2.0. One minor complaint I expected GIMP 3.0 installed of an earlier version.

The laptop is great. Runs much faster than my precious one.
Only one problem with the buttons of the mousepad, but is a problem with Linux, not with the laptop.

Ordering to specification was straightforward, with helpful information available. Order was processed quickly and delivered on time, in excellent packaging.

I bought my first laptopwithlinux computer in November 2022. Since then, it has worked brilliantly, keeping the pace of my coding and analysis and giving me continuous support and good performance. Recently, some issues related to the BIOS arose (due to the Linux version and not the computer itself). When I tried fixing it, I couldn't find any working solutions. However, their assistance was outstanding: they provided me with different solutions and support, even after almost three years, suggesting various solutions and keeping the conversation through emails. In the end, they were able to guide me in fixing the computer. Totally recommended!

I ordered a Clevo V560EU 16-inch AMD Linux Ultrabook with the AMD Ryzen™ 7 260 processor and it has been working fantastically well so far as a Linux workstation at uni for me.

Bios is from InsydeH2O, as is the case for most Clevo laptops. A bit bare-bones, just a fyi.

Also gave me a student discount, so a big thank you to the customer service team. The price for the laptop in the configuration I ordered beat all the other Linux laptop vendors with the help of the discount~

Initially, they shipped a laptop with the wrong processor but they sent over the correct one with no extra delivery charges!

De laptop kwam keurig verpakt binnen. Netjes ingepakt, beeldscherm extra beschermd. Instructies meegeleverd. Wachtwoord erbij. Gebruikersnaam klopt. Gegraveerde icoon op de buitenkant klopt. De laptop ziet er goed uit. De controls zijn erg makkelijk. De extra functie toetsen werken naar behoren. Bestandsoverdracht via USB is geen probleem. Alles werkt super makkelijk, precies zoals ik van Linux gewend ben. Dit had ik veel eerder moeten doen :D

While there were several setbacks after I initially ordered my new laptop - first I was told the model I ordered was suddenly out of stock, then the second model I opted for was sold out right after I switched to it, then the original model would come in but it might be a while, then it took a *much* longer while before it was finally ready - the team at Laptop with Linux was very cool about making sure I was happy with what I got. I sometimes had to prod when I didn't hear from them for a bit, but they were on top of things whenever I did, so that might have just been me being impatient. For all the troubles, they knocked a bit off the price tag and threw in some extras for me, and in the end - even with the ridiculous tariffs here in the U.S. because some voters and the people they vote for don't even know what tariffs are - it still cost me only about half what it would've cost me if I'd bought the same machine from a U.S. company. The product itself is exactly what I was looking for (though I'll admit I'm getting used to the slightly unusual keyboard layout, and remapped some keys just to avoid very weird typos!).

Within recent weeks I bought two devices from the company, and so far it looks great.

The process of ordering was clear and smooth.

The time for assembling and delivery was also fine.

The only minor thing that could be improved - they created a default user with a different name than I requested, with a typo. I was able to correct that by myself.

As a client I took some risk to order a laptop from a provider you've never heard of - in my case the TongFang company.
But so far it looks pretty good. The keyboard is not as neat as it was on my previous Dell Laptop, but I might be I still in the process of adjustment.

From start to finish, the process of choosing, paying, and receiving was excellent.

- The product itself is really high quality, and of course the linux distribution was as I had chosen.

The only gripe I might have is that the technician who set up my computer misspelled its name and my own name, but that was easily fixed with stellar support from the team.

Good product, good service

The whole process was smooth. The product(Laptop) they sent is really excellent. The pre-loading option is worth it. I had questions prior to purchase and they were happy to answer immediately via whats app. I am very happy with my purchase, I am already saving up for a mini computer for my house that I will buy through them also (eventually).

Right from the start, the laptop had a keyboard backlight that was only partially functional and could not be activated from time to time. There is no fix. Recently, in addition to line-by-line graphics errors, the same faulty lines keep occurring even after replacing the RAM. Graphics utilisation = impossible. In addition, there are now also sound problems, which are not getting any better under all the Linux distributions that are running more bad than good. Windows? Worst driver support ever. The device is no good for anything and the ‘engraving’ doesn't really look high quality... but is a TOP reason not to take the devices back. Warranty? Just Chinese scrap and the service ends in its friendliness as soon as there are problems. 1st stage of escalation no feedback, 2nd stage of escalation refusal. 1st level of response: warning to ALL. Better buy quality and premium service with OnSite Support. Starts with L.. too!

Impeccable service, fast delivery and communication to get explanations, it's great, I bought a 17-inch laptop without an OS but I will install Zorin OS myself a little later, the quality of the laptop is perfect
