The technician was very patient with me as I asked questions about how to get my printer to work, how to get an app to work, etc. I live in the U.S. and received the laptop incredibly fast. Good experience. My only wish is that there is someone in the U.S. I can talk to on the phone rather than communicating by email.

Battery was faulty on arrival. battery wouldn't charge. they use laptops that you must disassemble to try and fix and they make you do it yourself, unless you want to pay hefty shipping fees for them to 'look at it'. The 2 year warranty is a lie. All was done within same year of purchase and they refused to honor anything. once you click that purchase...you are on your own. buyer beware.
