Purchased an 18yr old whisky, fast delivery . However it came without the engraving. Try making a complaint! After trying several times to fill in the form. Engraving now to late.

Appalling Customer Service
A very fine whisky but appalling customer service.
I ordered a bottle & delivery promised for the 8th from Berlin (surprisingly). I received a text on the 7th with a link showing the parcel was on hold awaiting an import fee. I used Laphroaig's online contact for advise & received an auto response from Beam Suntory. They are the USA subsidiary of the Japanese Suntory Holdings who own Laproaig. I chased 2 days later & again after another 2 days. No response. The bottle was eventually delivered 8 days late.
I advise against ordering from Laphroaig online. It is safer to buy from a shop or supermarket.

Dreadful customer service for the…
Dreadful customer service for the 'Friends' loyalty scheme. Items constantly 'out of stock' so no possibility of using accrued points. Fobbed off with standard messages about new stock etc. Good thing the dram is excellent but don't bank on ever being able to redeem any loyalty points.

Non existent customers services
I ordered some whisky tumblers, the wrong ones were sent and the printing was also damaged. I have emailed them twice and also contacted them via their Facebook page, so far all my attempts are being ignored. Absolutely terrible non existent customer services. By all means drink the whisky bought from a shop, but do not buy anything from them direct as there seems to be a total lack of customer care if something goes wrong and you may well end up losing your money unless you're prepared to take them to court.

Exceptionally poor customer care.…
There's no question that the product is fantastic but dearie me, when it comes to customer service they are nothing short of dismal.
The folk who respond via Facebook are friendly enough but they refer problems to the 'purchasing team' (who I suspect are an outsourced call centre) who studiously ignore all enquiries. In the end I had to make a claim via Paypal to get my cash back as I was getting absolutely nowhere. It's a shocking way to treat customers, particularly in light of the whole Cairdeas launch fiasco. There are plenty other distilleries who will be happy to take my money and will actually look after customers so I won't be buying from Laphrroaig again.
