Good pricing on a quality product with excellent communication and logistics. Will use again

Price was good, ordering was fine, but no detail on delivery. When it was delivered it went to a neighbour and the 1st I heard of delivery was the Trustpilot email requesting a review! My neighbour kindly brought the package round to me, but without that I would no know where it was or who had received it. Not very good.

Prompt service, rapid delivery. Only annoyance was that the the UK socket adaptors promised on product page were not included.

Ordered a floss chandelier , was on sale for €1600, all appeared well , after installing, we found that 10 light bulbs not working out of 30, not bulb related as I tested the bulbs different locations were working.
Emailed the cs , Katolina replied back that they wanted the serial no. From the box which was discarded, took photos of the numbers printed there. Been a week with no reply, with Easter bank holiday , hopefully will reply soon, now I’m stuck with that expensive purchase. Based on the claim outcome will update the review accordingly.

Ordered sent in two separate parcels. Still waiting to received 2nd. Recieved 1st 5 days ago.

Really great range of products, love the free light bulb option and my order was delivered very quickly.

I am totally happy having chosen to shop online with Lampmasters. I placed my order and then they facilitated my adding further items to the order a couple of days later, just with a couple of emails exchanged. They sent me accurate information on the status of my order, then a tracker once it left their shop. It came this morning.

I live in London UK. I had read negative reviews regarding the delivery company GLS so I was a bit worried. However, my item a floor lamp made of metal with two glass shades (the lamp was very heavy), arrived in perfect condition! It was packaged very well. The box was intact. The communication with Lampmasters was excellent. GLS and Parcel Force in the UK handled the lamp with care. A very positive experience with Lampmasters. Many thanks!

Great experience, unfortunately my item was damaged however they quickly solved the issue by sending me a replacement and letting me keep the damaged product meaning it was nice and easy for me! Will continue to buy in the future!!

I've made several orders from Lampmasters and they didn't disappoint: great order update system, flawless delivery and in general - they don't overcommit in regards to shipping/delivery time.
There's one downside though. The advertised 'price match' thing doesn't work all the time, i.e. occasionally there are cheaper options elsewhere and Lampmaster won't match, but think twice before you go there - some shops do overcommit and you'll spend more time waiting for your order or worse - waiting for a (part) replacement.
