The cabinet arrived safely as it was glass. and I was kept up to updated with delivery details a long the way.

So, I had an issue with the first floor lamp delivered. This was quickly resolved and I got a new one without having to replace the old one that was defective. The shipping times were swift enough.

Fast dispatch, the Edison order status tracker thingy is super informative, and the order arrived in one piece. Bit confusing tracking it across three different parcel delivery services though.

Ordered a Nordlux table lamp. Arrived within a week of ordering. The plus in ordering from Lampmasters over other sites that also stocked this lamp is that there was a bulb included for the same price or cheaper. There are minor imperfections on the lamp but pretty sure that's from during manufacturing. You don't know it comes standard with a European plug until after you order but they do send an adaptor (other sites also don't mention the plug). Works fine so far

Was not aware that the light was coming from Europe. parcel has not yet arrived so very difficult to give any feedback other than that the on-line tracking system seems to be regularly updated.
Best not to ask for the survey to be completed until a few days after the customer has received the order.
