Lakeland Leather Recenzje

I was in lakeland leather in Northallerton today and I bought a leather case for my glasses in the samples box I paid for it literally turned behind me and saw a better case which was more expensive I hadn't even gone out of sight of the sales assistant I asked if I could pay the difference and buy the more expensive case the sales assistant attitude stunk she said no there's no returns on samples I said but I've literally just bought it I'll pay the difference for the more expensive one but no she turned her back on me and walked away. Before I was served there was a couple in front of me I don't know what was said but I saw the man throw a shirt on the counter told her you can stuff it and stormed out the shop if that's how Lakeland staff treat there customers I'll never step in that shop again. Also my aunt who I was with was going to buy a leather jacket for her daughter but when she saw how the staff member treated me she put it back the woman staff member was extremely unpleasant.

A really quality, well made leather jacket and at an excellent price.
Buy with confidence.

Purchased a lovely new handbag
Navy colour leather cross the body
So comfortable to wear and use
Would be happy to recommend
Thanking you it’s beautiful

This is my second pair of slipper from Lakeland. My first was from one of your stockists I lived in them even summer. So when I found the website I was spoilt for choice. So when save a bit I can put it towards another pair

2 lovely glasses cases! Beautiful soft leather, size is perfect and the colour is just exactly right, so thank you all round!

My bag is absolutely beautifully made - with real care and attention to detail. Excellent quality , packaged with care and communication and delivery were excellent. I’m only not giving it 5 stars because I ordered navy and I feel the navy is more of a dark blue-ish grey - so I’m a little disappointed with the colour. However that may just be my own take on navy! Overall I would thoroughly recommend.

This was my first purchase from Lakeland Leather and done online So was a little worried if it's gonna fit and be genuine product. I made an online purchase on Friday night and my jacket was received on Tuesday morning (Wilton Leather Jacket). I can feel is genuine product and fit well on me. I'll definitely be back for more for myself and as a gifts. Thank you.

Fabulous slippers - perfect size. Quick, easy and efficient choosing/ordering/paying experience - thank you.

Great quality Jacket, absolute barging in the sale, easy to navigate website, quick delivery, very pleased indeed

Great quality product, promptly delivered with care.

I ordered a jacket on the Saturday recieved it Tuesday. The quality of the jacket and also how I was kept informed on its jouney to me was excellent, thankyou .

I have purchased 5 jackets from Lakeland in the past year (yes I have a problem!) 4 of which have been at the Clarkes Village store and another via the website. I also ordered another which I returned/cancelled. The quality of the jackets are fantastic, great quality leather and sheepskin that is extremely well cut with a great fit. I actually think they are better in person and on than they are made to look on their website! The staff in the Clarkes Village store are great, amazing service and really helpful. The online buying experience is the same with quick replies to emails, fast delivery, and really easy to deal with.
I would absolutely recommend for both the quality of the jackets and bags, and for the great customer service.

Ordering was simple , delivered by the date and very well packaged .
Gorgeous jacket again in well packaged box and tissue .
Lovely fit , not skimpy.

I ordered black leather handbag which was my first order it arrived very quickly and got 10% off for first order .
the leather is lovely and soft and bag very roomy. The company sent me a couple of e mails thanking me for my purchase which i thought was lovely personal touch. would def recommend this company

Really disappointed with the item, which isn't like the website and also the customer service I received. They clearly couldn't care less.

Lovely cross body navy leather bag.A fraction too small but fits purse ,phone, glasses case and tablets pouch

I ordered a beautiful leather coat off your website, and when it arrived I was very pleased with it beautiful so soft leather,

Ordered men’s leather slipper boots. Really pleased, fantastic quality and comfortable. Also ordered a leather backpack/bag for my wife. Again, top notch in every way. Real quality items. Will be sure to order from Lakeland again.

Easy to navigate site, clear photos and descriptions and swift delivery.
The product itself is really great - the leather is soft and there is room in case for glasses cleaner and bank card if you wish. It is also slim design too.
Very happy with all aspects including follow up email from com.

I felt very confident doing this order online. It was an easy one to complete and Lakeland kept me informed throughout the dispatch and delivery process. It was extremely prompt and my beautiful jacket arrived very well packed and presented. Top marks!
