I ordered a necklace in Oct
. Never got it and lm still waiting for a refund. I have never had a company that is so bad. And will not refund . They keep saying they will refund but nothing.

The earrings and the necklace I received were in a beautiful quality. The earrings aren't heavy for the earlobes as a lot of other earrings are. The details in them are just perfect! (*chef's kiss*)

The necklace is adjustable and is also made with amazing details.

The wait was a bit long but it was definitely worth it. Totally recommend!

I've been having issues with the company for almost a year now, I issued a refund for an item I never received. Their customer service tried to gaslight me more than once, and after they allegedly agreed to give me the refund, they blocked my email and my Instagram account!
La Hera is an absolute scam! People please don't get fooled by their attractive ambassador offers or their "low" prices. Take example from the ones that actually got scammed and avoid it ASAP!

The delivery took some time but they were very helpful and answered all of my questions 🕊😊

I placed an order with a coupon for a collaboration and payed the shipping fees (about 20$, which I think is a lot) but I never recieved my order. I’ve tried contacting them since and they won’t respond.

Seit MAI warte ich auf meine Bestellung und bis heute habe ich diese nicht erhalten. Der Kundenservice schreibt immer nur, sie würden das Paket bald losschicken aber Pustekuchen... Nie wieder!

Je ne sais pas en quelle langue écrire donc j’ecris en français, mais c’est une bonne arnaque, ils t’envoient des messages pro en mode ils ont la reponse a toutes tes questions et donc ça parait professionnel. Mais en réalité c’est une arnaque, leurs produits sont vendus à 90eu sur le site mais mais valent max 5euros… la qualité est vraiment nulle, l’embout des boucles d’oreille se cassent tres facilement et le reste surement aussi vu comment c’est fin, c’est censé etre de l’argent plaqué or, j’ai bien ete verifier chez un bijoutier ca ne l’est pas du tout. Moi je les ai recu « gratuitement » comme la plupart des gens je pense, mais évidemment ils m’ont fait payé 20euros de frais de port (20EURO!!!!), donc au final j’ai quand meme payé plus que la valeur des produits certainement alors que c’était censé être gratuit 😅
Néanmoins les bijoux sont assez beaux et les boucles d’oreilles ne m’ont pas fait mal ou donné d’infection (heureusement), donc ils sont tout a fait portables mais vraiment c’est honteux de faire croire a des personnes jeunes qu’ils ont a faire a une vraie marque et les faire payer autant pour ça…
