Happy Friday, just received my La Hera order and I cannot wait to feel like the Greek Goddess this weekend. If you don't know who Hera is, She was a gracious protector of the heroes. She was just, Pure, and stood for Truth and honour.

Their service is amazing! They always try their best to make it easier for you! Especially a woman called Kaitlyn, so much patience. I'm impressed!

Last summer I wear saint black dresses and used my own code for the best combination.
I also prefer to wear my white dress with gold jewels by good weather and near beautiful beach.

The absolute worst. I placed an order back in September, I got two pieces of jewelry, paid, checked out and done. I waited for two weeks for the order to be shipped, I wrote to customer service and they told me to wait. Waited one more week until it finally shipped. Well, here comes the weird part, supposedly it got to the customs in China at the end of October, waiting for clearance to be sent to my country. I waited and kept waiting and no updates. On December one month and few days after its last update said that there was a security issue, couldn’t be cleared to be sent due to paperwork missing. I was told it was going to be sent back to sender, I got in contact with them immediately and got a response one week later, I was told they were going to resend the package, that they needed to get it through management first. Never heard back from them, I sent them a message on IG, because email never went through. They replied at the beginning of January saying that they were still waiting for the management team approval. At this point I know it is not going to be sent back and will not be getting my money back, they have the worst customer service and it is an absolute scam

Tell me one serious company who tell you to pay 50€ for shipping the accessories and then they send you the order…just LOL. My friend got scammed by them, she made an order at the end of November and never arrived at the time of this review, I think it’s time to track this scammers IP and location, report to the authorities and send them to Oblivion ASAP ;)

Worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. Ignorant, no updates on the orders and terrible delivery time. Please stay away from La Hera.

The whole story takes place from the beginning of September until now: First they reached out to me and I agreed on an influencer contract, sadly they got my name wrong and I got the jewelry wrong ( limited range). We solved all problems and I waited two months. No update on a sent package or whatsoever. I repeatedly asked for an update but they could not give me any information. Two more months passed and I tried to quit my contract ( without goods no contract.) and asked for my money back. As a refund they offered me two jewelry (from an even smaller range) and a limited box plus me staying an influencer. I asked for a few more times for a monetary refund until they finally agreed to give me one. Now 1 month later, I received an Email of an order that has been sent - one I repeatedly tried to deny. I have reached out on all possible chats possible, where I am still waiting for an answer and my refund.

Me engañaron y nunca me enviaron el pedido. Me dijeron que era gratuito pero tuve que pagar 40 euros. No os dejéis engañar. Son perfiles falsos, pero el pedido lo realicé desde la “página oficial “.

The jewels are of very good quality, not too heavy but you notice that it is good quality!
They are gorgeous and very fine so it’s classy and chic!
I love it!

I ordered earrings and a necklace and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and design. The packaging is also very nice and I even got a little velour bag to keep my jewelry nice and clean when I’m not wearing it. I’ll definitely be ordering some more!
