Delivery took a long time. When the merchandise finally arrived I no longer needed it and I cannot return. Do not shop with them.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE!! Super disappointed in lame fake companies like this one that prey on excited new parents. My husband was so looking forward to using the kangaroo shirt with our newborn. After weeks and weeks of no response after receiving a confirmation email and shipping, he reached out and was ghosted. It also fell out of the “two week return policy” so now wasn’t even eligible to cancel the order for a refund. He then disputed the charges with our bank and the company contacted the bank stating is was delivered so they revoked his charge back. Their “customer service” won’t email you back but will make sure they get to keep their money. Awful awful company do not buy anything!! -1000 stars YOU GUYS SUCK

Worst customer service ever. I have tried to get in touch because the shipping address is incorrect and they have taken more than 2 weeks to reply. They provide a generic response but then never follow up. I've been chasing them everyday with no responses. Its horrible.

Sent wrong items and has never responded to my many requests for correction. Very disappointing-

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a shirt a month ago (April 20) and as of today (May 24), I still have not received it. Do not buy anything from this site…. Its a scam!

If I could give a 0 I would did not get my order paid for shipping insurance and they took over $80 and did not resend. So do not buy from them. They’re a scam.

SCAM! I should have checked here first. I purchased shirt on May 3rd, a shipping label was created on May 12th, and now it is May 19th and USPS has still not received the item. I have emailed them twice with no response.

I received my items and decided to return them. Customer service has taken weeks to respond and then denies a return because of “buyers remorse”. That is not listed under their written return policy. This whole company is a scam and sucks.

I placed an order for the Kangaroo pocket t shirt on april the 22nd got a tracking number and a follow up email from them asking me if I enjoyed my purchase. I have yet to receive the shirt. when I try to go to their "Support" link it says it cannot be found. Big scam! I am so sick of being robbed! ugh! Do not order from them.

Cheap product, terrible customer service. Will never order from this company again, and will spread the word so hopefully no one else wastes their money like I did.

THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. You will never receive the shirt. Don't buy. I ordered in March and finally heard from customer service in May; they said they had no record of my purchase, despite the order confirmation being at the bottom of the email thread they were replying on. If you do get a shirt, I suspect it's cheap crap.

Same as many, I ordered the kangaroo pouch shirts. It went out for delivery, it now is saying that it had been delivered and yet nothing, I have a ring camera and no one has turned up at my place. I have reached out and I'm getting no replies about why I have no packaged.

I wish I I can give negative 10 on this. The order was never delivered and money has been taken. This company is running a fraud. A bunch of monkeys running Lachona with legality (or not!)

I ordered a kangaroo shirt on Jan 19, 2025, but I never received it. When I used the link from their website to track my order the first time the link didn’t work. Several attempts later by researching a good link I was told by a representative from the Lachona company, that they didn’t have any record of my purchasing. I sent them a screenshot of my order, they told me I had the wrong company. March 24th, 2025 still no shirt.

I accidentally ordered a product they had advertised on social media, i immediately emailed and asked for an order cancelation, i followed their chat box to ask for a cancelation, i got no reply.
I repeated this for 5 days until i got an automated email to say the order has now been shipped. I continued to email and chat box to ask for the cancelation but this afternoon the product has arrived and i still haven't had 1 reply from this company about my refund and i have tried to contact them every day…

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!! I was about to have a newborn, so I placed an order on January 16, 2025 for two kangaroos shirts. I received an order number, and a confirmation email for my order. I also received a thank you letter from the so called “founders” Emily and Mark” if they are even real. They emailed me thanking me for my order and give me a coupon code for my next purchase.

I was supposed to receive my order within the week. Fast forward to February 8, 2025 I still had not received my order. So I contacted Lachona via email to ask them for my order and a tracking number. And provided the order number that was given to me when I placed my order. Took them 4 days to reply to my email (some customer service) only to tell me that the order number I provided does not exist.

That’s right, the same order number they provided to me via email confirmation when I purchased the shirts. I then emailed them back with screenshots of the email confirmation showing the same order number existed, and also sent them a thank you email from the so called founders that I received, thanking me for my order under that order number. So how does my order all of a sudden not exist??!

After I sent that information, they went ghost. Today is February 28, 2025 and I am yet to have a response on my order. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THER ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. BUYERS BEWARE. I am filing a claim with my bank for a refund. I wish I could give Negative 5stars. Duping new parents of their hard earned money. Very disgraceful, Shameful And disgusting!

I wish I could give zero stars… I placed an order weeks ago and have yet to even receive tracking information. Their virtual chat is the only mode of communication and seems to not even be monitored. So here I stand with no product, out almost $100 and no resolution in site. Beyond poor service and much less accountability. So sad because it seemed like a wonderful product if only they delivered. At this point I just feel robbed and deceived.

The T-shirts are of terrible quality - simply just not what is advertised and therefore extremely overpriced.

I asked for details on their returns process back in early December (as soon as I received them) and have only now (two months later) received a measly response from their customer care saying that due to a change in management they are unable to process the returns - which is just a load of… anyways, I highly suggest avoiding at all costs!

I placed my order on 17th January and they have not shipped yet my order. I have been asking for refund messaging them on chat as their emails will block you and never gets sent. They replied on chats saying we have escalated the situation but they will never refund you. So basically this is a fraud company and your money goes in drain. I have been asking for refund but they're just not going refund you even though their bogus policy says you are eligible for full refund if they item is not shipped yet. Beware of this scam website.
