My kangaroo shirt arrived, but the size was smaller than I expected. Their customer service responded quickly, offered me a voucher so I could purchase the correct size, and even let me keep the original shirt. Thank you for the fast response and excellent customer service!

I did have an issue with my shirt arriving, but eventually it did. Customer service was very good, and even offered me a discount on a future order for the inconvenience.

I hit a very difficult bump in the road with an order size change. The company missed the initial mark of customer service but they finally did resolve. Someone in company reached out to means quickly resolved. I recommend the product but don't let their customer service ignore your request. I am very supportive of the company now

I almost didn't order because of some bad reviews online. So glad I did. The NestPack arrived in 3 business days, the quality is solid, and my baby loves it. Sometimes the internet just amplifies the unhappy minority.

I was hesitant after reading some scam reviews, but took a chance. Totally legit. The Kangaroo Pocket T-Shirt arrived fast and the quality is fantastic. Strong seams, holds my 12lb boy securely. Customer service even emailed me a tracking update.

I would give this company zero stars if it was possible. After waiting over a month for a kangaroo pocket shirt, the robot at the company told me it had been delivered. I am not sure where they delivered it but it was not to my address. Company does not have a human to contact nor do they answer emails. Do not purchase!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My order took 3 weeks to arrive - tracking was useless - "bad barcode" was hand written on the mailing label when it finally came. I wanted to return it and was told that I had to pay for shipping, AND there would be charged 5% "restocking fee"! Don't order anything from this company!!

I only wish I could give this -180 because as of today that is how many emails their AI and I have sent back and forth for the past two months. Ordered May 9th. Two Months and 180 emails as of tonight. They lie. They send repetitive generated emails. They will not send USPS tracking # so therefore it cannot be tracked by the US Postal Service. First shipment was supposedly returned to sender. Was told a Replacement order was sent after much complaining and it was immediately rerouted back to LIOR. Coincidentally, the shipment that was returned to them was shown on the link THEY sent to have been delivered. I emailed how could it be delivered when your own email showed the orders returned to you. I asked for a phone call and was told they were unable to contact via phone. If you call their 877 number you will get a bot and the run around until you hang up. I tried to use their online chat and waited 2 hours for someone (AI) to come online. AI never did. They have shown the package delivered THREE TIMES. It has never been delivered. The last email asked me to first send them a picture of the items. Hard to do when you never received anything. I left a note in my mailbox and today after my mail carrier got off work, he even stopped by my house to try to get a USPS tracking number. It is not a coincidence that their name LIOR is pronounced LIAR. If you order from them, count that money gone. They scammed me for $69. And they do NOT care at all.

Contacted me on tiktok. The pics are very clear. Buy a bathing suit for 6 dollars and Shein and sell it for over more then 200... Big scammers with no shame at all.

Seems like a scam, item (kangaroo pocket t-shirt) has been stuck somewhere in the shipping process and it's been 30+ days. I've been correpsonding with their support team who, turns out, is just an AI that I keep having the same repeating conversation with. They keep promising (1) a replacement shipment and (2) a store credit for the inconvenience, and neither of those have been given, either. 20+ emails back and forth to get nowhere, totally ridiculous.

Ordered on 8/6, paid £7 for express shipping! The most I’ve ever spent on shipping so that my husband would have it in time for his bday. I received it on the 19/6!! They’re offering my £7 back as store credit, like I’m going to buy from them again. Everytime I reply saying no I will have it back to original payment method they send out the same generic email back saying they’re escalating my query. Boring. Don’t order from them get the same thing off Amazon.

ZERO if i could rate them that. I cancelled IMMEDIATELY when the price shown after purchase was DOUBLED. They've sent me the same auto generated email daily and are stalling.
This is a scam company and they need to be brought down. I'm on that.

Hello, I would like assistance resolving an issue with the clothing company Lior.
I purchased an item that didn't function because I was too small. At first they offered to return the item for refund or store credit for exchange. I chose store credit fir exchange, but no store credit was added to my account. I sent screensshots of my account lack of credit and it was ignored. I was asked if I wanted a return the item for refund or store credit for exchange again. My answers were ignored. Finally I asked for the refund instead. I was told I had to pay for return shipping and would be charged a 2% reshelving fee!

Stay away from ordering from this company LOIR !! They are rude and won't get back to you!! You won't get refunded if you need to be.. I ordered 2 different sizes in the kangaroo shirt to hold the baby in. Kept Medium but wanted to return the large. Contacted them through the support they provided to do returns, no reply back at all!! They ghosted me!! But when l wanted to ask a question to purchase the Medium they answered but returns? Nope !!! Nothing from them.... Their policy says they do returns, but no, they aren't willing to do it....I went to my bank, because it showed through emails l sent trying to get return info for my purchase to be returned but no success. My bank gave me a credit for the amount l spent.

I ordered 2 t shirts 2 months ago. I received my package after 4 weeks. They sent me VESTS not tshirts. From that day, now 5 weeks ago ive been asking for a refund. They expect ME TO PAY RETURNS POSTSGE for there mistake . NO NO NO!!!. Do not order from this company. Customer service is non existent . All i want is my money back

I would give zero stars, if possible. They're scammers, and I am filing a complaint with my credit card company. It seems they not only lie regarding orders being canceled, then ship them out, but LIOR also lies regarding their 💯 money back guarantee. That's called false advertising here in the US.
