I found an excellent form which allows me to connect with my customers without limitations in regards to maximum file uploads and email accounts. I can send my forms to anyone and know that I also have a log of all my submissions and customer info that they've provided on my form. It is organised and wonderfully created - catering perfectly to my business needs. Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about! Not to mention, the customer service is prompt and professional. Appreciate your help, thank you Digital Inspiration!

When it works the mail merge with attachments seems fine But when it doesn't work (which has been frequently in my case) the customer support is so far non-existent - even though I paid over $100 US for that support.

I used their plugin “Email Notifications for Google Forms” for a while but it is NOT GDPR compliant! Digital Inspiration is unwilling and unable to provide a so called data protection agreement (dpa). I contacted their service and the owner Amit Agarwal multiple times, and they ignored ~4-5 emails. So if you are a European user, you are not able to use their services unless you are ok to risk legal issues due to GDPR. Can't recommend Digital Inspiration in general, a service and owner ignoring their customers is simply unprofessional.

They have absolutely failed to deliver their Tweet Archiver services, but they still charged me. Horrible. I do not recommend this. It's a scam. Beware.

I tested the mail merge product to automate sending emails for our church. It's fantastic!

If you can populate a spreadsheet with:
- names
- email addresses
- messages
- (optional) a scheduled date/time for it to send

AND if you can draft a GMail message and put the column headings into double curly braces {{field name}} ...

... then that's how easy it is to use the product.

It's so simple to use, but powerful! I highly recommend it.

Best part - it's free for up to 25 emails/day.

The system itself is good when it is working. However we have had an issue that mail merge emails won't schedule on one of our accounts - have tried all the suggestions on their website to fix it - and have sent multiple requests for assistance over a 4 month period and have had no customer support. Have wasted so much time trying to fix it ourselves as it costs us a lot in lost productivity - so annoying and I just wish they would back up their product giving at least some level of assistance. So frustrated and will start looking for alternatives.

This program has helped us out! Now we can do more and better than manually sending messages!

I found an app called "Email spreadshees" and it is awesome. With this app, I can save my time and schedule emails which are to be sent automatically. I do not need to think about it anymore. I really liked this product, what is more, the UI is great, and the functionality gives me what I need!

I am a teacher and podcast host. I use Email Notifications for Google Forms to customize responses for student/parent communication. It is awesome! Saves so much of my time yet allows from some customizeable additions to make it seem more personal. Be sure to take advantage of the visual editor when creating the email your responses.

I had to exchange with the customer service site after an error on all of my parts. They made the refund and changes almost immediately. Thank you for their reactivity.

I was looking for a way to sumirize the forms that we get via Google forma and found this beautiful application. It is very easy to install and works like a charm! I am so excited to continue to use it!! They have put so much thought into the process!

We work within an italian public government agency public, in the municipality of a medium-large city, and our mission primarily consists in organizing Italian language courses for adults (migrants, asylum seekers and refugees) and unaccompanied foreign minors; lifelong learning courses in the intercultural field; continuing education for teachers. As a structure, we have budget limits, so it is very important for us that in the products we need there is an excellent relationship with our suppliers. Our need was to automate google forms to speed up the work of entering and registering our users and through "Digital Inspire" we were able to achieve this quickly, thanks to their commitment and professionalism. Our experience has been very excellent, they responded quickly and fully satisfactorily to a series of our technical requests.

We're a private school, and we use the Digital Inspiration extension so our customers (parents) can report pending absences. The system directs users to different Google forms based on the cause of the absence, and then the DI extension allows us to immediately notify the right people when a form is submitted. We've been very pleased with the convenience to our customers, the instant notification to the right members of our staff, and the history-keeping nature of doing this through an easily managed form. We expect to expand this approach to other customer-feedback requirements.

Products have worked seamlessly as described - and customer service is top notch. Billing and license key issues were handled without fail.

A very fast and efficient customer service with a virtual meeting and screen sharing that allows the technician to quickly identify the problem. Many companies should follow your example!
