Document Studio has been a great tool to use with Google Forms for my job. It allows me to collect and organize my data very efficiently and I recommend it to those that need more out of their forms. Thank you for this extension add-on!

The product works fine for what I need, but has charged me 3 times for purchases I didn't make and won't respond.

I pay for their unlimited license and use this for around 280 accounts currently. All of my accounts continuously shut down. The owner, Amit, is helpful when he does attempt to help, but its extremely difficult to have him respond when I need the help. I take so much time setting up campaigns and resetting them up after they fail that its became a major issue. I am currently redoing campaigns for a third time waiting on a solution or just response to my emails in general and its been a week since hes responded. The process is great when it works, but it is working less and less. I would caution using this if you are looking to run multiple campaigns or have multiple users at this point.

The company's products are great and really useful, especially the Mail Merge Google add-on!

Great add on that improves productivity, easy to use, and the support team are also very responsive which helps massively. Would recommend.

We had an issue with our website that "mailto:" was not workinkg for us. I had the idea to create a Google Form to solve my issue for "Contact Us." The challenge was that the only way that I was able to get the information from the form that I needed was to go to the associated spreadsheet and manually pull the information. The folks at Digital Inspiration came up with the solution, an add-on called "Email Notification for Google Forms." After installing the add-on/ extension, I was able to plug in the fields from the Google Sheet that I wanted and have an email sent to me with all the information that I needed from the form submission. My problem was solved within 15 minutes of installation.

Update: On 18/6/25 I managed to a get a Google Meeting with Amit. We managed to work through all the issues I was having, and though he wasn't happy about it, he did get the issues fixed and did stress it wasn't a DPA breach (I agreed). It was a over a 40min call and he did explain alittle better about how google forms connect to the sheets and that it's best practice to copy the raw data before editing and edit the copy. I have know done this. So hopefully no issue going forward (so far so good).

Having been with them for 2/3 years now the service has seriously declined. I had 2 paid google based accounts and there's constant data breaches between them but the most worrying to date is a work flow that's emailed contacts not even in the google sheet! It's isn't acceptable and I've now cancelled my subscription and will convert to make.com.

Used this (Labnol) seamlessly for two years, now, it’s completely unusable. Each time I reverse search an image, it now forwards me to a generic Google search box. Hugely counterintuitive and of no use whatsoever.
