Amazing customer service and excellent quality.
I did an order for my 4 month granddaughter, to be sent to her address in London, and Royal Mail messed up the order and something else totally was delivered in error. Romi were incredible at helping us sort out it out - despite it not being their fault.
The then resent the original order with a little additional present in the box! And the quality is just brilliant. What a great company they are. I never write reviews, but thought they really deserved this one.

Excellent as always
I’ve ordered from La Romi a few times and the customer service has always been super friendly and amazing. Their products are fairly priced and the headwear is to die for ! I always get lots of lovely comments when my babies wear them. They are soft and very well made and I always recommend them if anybody asks. Will be buying more in the future. Keep up the good work !

Beautiful doll
I received my doll in the US very quickly. She is beautiful and came nicely packaged with a onesie and a little cloth bag & birth certificate. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Fast delivery and lovely customer service
Ordered some Daisy Frigg dummies two nights ago and just received them this morning. Couldn’t be happier with them and the delivery turnaround! The little handwritten thank you note is such a thoughtful touch to the order. I will definitely be ordering some more bits and pieces for my little girl in the coming months!

We are very sorry if we did not tagged/reshared your story, it wasnt out of spite. unfortunately at the moment we are quite a small team and we are in the phase of training some of our staff. This means that we barely have any time to spare iin social media and sadly we miss lots of stories/tags and more from our lovely customers.
We try our best to keep up and we do share when customer tag us ... but for now we do not have a staff member that's solely focusing on social media, which makes keeping up with customers more tricky.
