I called to ask questions before I bought one. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and nice. She didn't rush me and was extremely pleasant and helpful. As for the bed, I think it is very well made&I love the made in America part! I got it oversized for my 30lb pup since I'm going to be using it outside when I do yardwork. She's a"digger"so her trainer is working with me to get her to stay on there. Since it's big for her she can move around some while still staying on"her place"

Easy to order, easy to put together, shipping during this time was Amazing, This is my very first dog bed I have ever used and my dogs were on it immediately.I love the durability as I have a 10 month old Berner, which narrowed down my choice in beds due to weight.I will be adding a second bed in the near future

I have wanted one of these for years, so when the toddler cots I bought at yard sale wore out, I splurged on a Kuranda. Directions were easy to follow & I recommend 2 people for the extra large bed assembly. I started it but couldn't get it aligned right & my husband was able to finish it. The dogs have been using it for 2 months or so & so far, so good. A screw became loose & fell out, but hasn't been a problem since washer was used along w/nut. (husband failed to use the washer at that one point) My 2 dogs can lay on it at the same time; one is 80+ lbs & other is 70+ lbs. I have forgotten exactly the model but its aluminum & has a webbing fabric. I like reviews after the items is used for a bit because I think they are more reliable; it's easy to like everything right out of the box! This bed looks like it is going to last for years, though. If it doesn't I will amend my review.

Happy, happy, happy! Our 3 mastiff boys heartily approve! Keeps them off the ground and allows for extra comfort after we added the pad. Love the durability for our big guys. Only disappointing thing is the recommended outdoor vinyl weave puddles water instead of letting it drain through.

I don’t ever write a review but I have to share how durable and Aussies (12) proof these beds are! Amazing prices for a long lasting product. You will not regret spending your hard earned money.

This makes the fifth Kuranda bed that I have purchased. The total experience has been Excellent from beginning until the present. The purchase experience and shipping was very easy. Assembly was very simple... just follow the enclosed instructions. The beds are bullet-proof. My pets are Great Pyrenees. One is slightly less than 100# and the other is a large female at around 115#. Each dog loves the beds. Since we use two locations 2,300+ miles apart, it only makes sense to have beds at each location for each pet. I wouldn't think of another approach to providing quality, therapeutic rest for my girls!

These beds were far to difficult to assemble. I phoned Kuranda for help with assembly and they do have good customer service. Time will tell if they will weather well on our front deck.

Super bedjes voor in onze overdekte kennels. De honden hebben daar een geïsoleerd nachthok maar verkiezen het Kurandabed om op te liggen.
Laatste is voor in huis en ook daar is de hond er heel blij mee.
Ook heel sterk. De eerste 3 zijn al jaren hier in gebruik en zien nog heel goed uit!
Ook de service is fantastisch. Hadden bij 1 klein probleempje en werd meteen opgelost. Super!

Everything was beyond my expectations and I have high expectations for a lot of things. Quality is my number one value and they used high quality parts, the tubes are super sturdy and the one platform is durable. My dogs been playing on it and enjoying it since day one. It’s been about 5months and it’s still holding up like it was day one.

I ordered two beds for my Doberman puppy, who so far has chewed up every other bed he has been given. The Kuranda Beds are in like new condition still. Thank you for a great product!

Fantastic product, very well made!

We love the beds for our patients and they love them as well. It was a little difficult getting them put together but once we figure out how to work the first one, the others went easy.

Our puppy chewed two beds, blanket and sheet so we are grateful to have found a chew proof bed that fits in her crate. So far, so good! She doesn’t attempt to chew any part of this bed. Since we ordered a bed well above her weight class we are looking forward to using this bed for her for many years to come. She’s very comfortable on it. If you have a large dog who has a tendency to chew fabric beds, I highly recommend Kuranda beds
