Fantastic bed!!! Our dogs all love being on the Kuranda bed, especially since we added the pad. The pad was a life changer!

My Belgian Malinois suffers from separation anxiety and hates being in his crate. Since I added the Kuranda Bed ( after he used it in the kitchen for 2 weeks), I can actually leave him (currently) for about 45 minutes with no anxiety - he nestles into the bed in his crate and stays calm. It even attracts the cat when the crate door is open.

Very good beds and service, lost a star through slow lead time for professional order.

Our dog Phinnae really likes her Kuranda dog bed, which she knows as her "place". Given a choice, she will choose her "place" over all other possible options (including the couch)...so we keep her "place" available whenever possible.

I have 2 Labs that seem to want to destroy every bed that is given to them. But the Kuranda bed so far is the only one they have not been able to destroy. They both readily lay on them and sometimes both on the same one. I wish that I had bought these beds a long time ago. Dogs love them and I too love them!!

Double bed - STURDY! Came with additional pieces to be able to use as two singles. Nice bonus, I didn’t expect that. My dogs all like the lower bunk; two also like the upper “squirrel observation” deck as well.
Our other dog beds were cheaper but there were exposed fabric edges at the corners, and my pups chewed those edges when bored. I think this bed will last forever!

Great solid made bed. My dog is 170 lbs and 27 in at the withers. Has plenty of room on the bed. Even with his run an jump on his bed not a flex

Great engineering. It takes little strength to put this together. I did need help tightening the nuts, but no power tools were needed.
The low score comes because the outdoor mesh is coated, so rainwater pools (and in winter freezes) rather than going through the mesh. This significantly increases drying time and makes this a less than useful outdoor winter bed. The fabric is also stretched tight with almost no give: my dog actually prefers the old Coolaroo bed which has a slight give (and is not as well engineered, is much cheaper, and the water flows through so the fabric dries in a more reasonable time).

The beds were easy to assemble by myself, following the directions. My dogs are LG and they can stretch out easily and comfortably. I live on water with pier and they sun themselves as the birds and manatees go by. Love Kuranda dog beds.

I have owned 2 Kuranda Dog beds with the microsuede slipcover and I love them! But even better than the super durable, stylish, proactive arthritic benefits of their beds, is their customer service. Nancy especially went out of her way to diagnose an issue with one of our beds. A replacement and an informative explanation was provided as well as professionalism and real person talk. Nancy is a rarity in the current customer service world. Knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, efficient and caring. Kuranda beds are of the best quality. Nancy is a superstar! I've had dogs my whole life,but never bought a raised bed. My current dog loved having a bed but destroyed them all. I bought one of these beds with the Cordura canvas and he loves it and it completely holds up in every way. A couple of times a week he will stand up and start fluffing his Pad " scratching and digging" he's 80lbs" and nope not a problem. This is a fantastic product highly recommended!

The lack of instructions was not an issue as the design is very intuitive, especially when having a lot of different pieces over the years, such as furniture and machinery.

Our dog loves to be up on her cot, rather than the floor. If she destroy her beds we would have that for her as well.

High quality beds. The dog pads are very well made and easy to maintain. The shelter has always been very happy when one arrives!
Customer Service also deserves 5 stars. I had several questions and each one was patiently answered. 😀

I from my experience know not why Kuranda chooses to push or at the very least place Fedex as number one choice of shippers? My experience with Fedex has not been good ! I would say at least 80% of the times they have been used. Even thou I use UPS Kundra charges more, other businesses that I order from does not charge more for UPS, guess they, for the benefit of their customers and good business practice, absorb the price !

Good bed and comfy playing scratching bar. The toys are also addictive.
