I recently purchased a second Kuranda bed for my sweet Bella. We bought the X-Large this time and it is perfect fo her (68 pounds) boxer/bulldog mix. Our first purchase was a Large and we’ve had it over 8 years! It had been wonderful , but time for a new one. I can’t say enough about the high quality of Kuranda beds with PVC framing. I have referred several people to Kuranda and they all love them! The best customer service also! I needed to call about one minor issue while putting together. I was able to promptly reach a live breathing person, which is rare these days! Chris and Travis were both professional, courteous and extremely helpful! Bella and I are very pleased!

Product is great. Holds up well. Very expensive. Would give a much higher rating other than their customer service SUCKS! Totally ignore communications.
If your spending 250 for a dog bed it might be wise to locate someone who will communicate if they mess up your order

Putting the first bed together was about 30 minutes the 2nd was 15. I had a great rep on the phone which helped explain the different options for the bed cover and the warranty. My dogs soend a lot if tome on the deck where they are set up and use them everyday. Very happy with purchase and the beds are good looking and study>

This was my second bed from Kuranda. I love both of them. My dog immediately hoped up on both of them.

The new xl beds I buy with the vinyl covers do not hold up at all the cording has changed from the older beds and pulls out, on comparison, the newer cording is smaller and not as rigid...very disappointed so have to go with the cloth covers(which do not clean up as well) so that I don't go broke on buying new covers

NEW BEDS FOR OUR POUND
The new beds we got (the aluminum frames) were what we needed for our pound (Plattsburg Pound Puppies - Plattsburg, MO)

We get a lot of bored 'chewers' in and that is the first thing they destroy is the corners of the beds, some have even ripped up the fabric. These new ones with aluminum frames are great!

The Kuranda is the first bed our boxer-mix has not destroyed. Prior to the Kuranda bed, we spent hundreds of dollars in bed replacement costs over a 12 month period. The Kuranda bed is very well made and quite sturdy. We purchased one of the Kuranda cushions for added comfort, and it has now been ~2 months and our dog has not torn it apart (a record for her - she usually starts nibbling on new beds within a day or two!). We highly recommend Kuranda, especially if you have a dog who has a history of destroying beds.

The customer service is excellent! I made an error with my order and contacted them. The response was immediate an, in turn, I even received a credit when buying in bulk, not realizing there was a pro site for businesses like mine. I have been purchasing Kuranda beds for 10 years. The quality is unlike any other company and we are still using those beds from 10 years ago! They are the safest and most durable beds on the market and worth every penny.

You guys are the best, you make the best dog beds ever. They are truly indestructible. I’ve had them go through two English mastiffs, one and a half bull mastiffs so far and a boxer.
I stop people in pet stores, carrying large dog beds and show them your site on my phone. I tell them, “why don’t you put that back and just order one of these, that way you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on Dog cushions that get torn up every month”. I do that all the time.

GOT A GOOD DURABLE CHEW PROOF PLATFORM DOG BED THAT MY PRESA CANIRO COULDN'T TEAR-UP, AND SHE FULLY TESTED IT BY FIRST TRYING TO SCRATCH & CLAW HER WAY THROUGH IT AND THEN BY CHOMPING ON THE METAL SIDE RAILS BUT IT IS STILL HOLDING IT'S OWN.
