What made my experience GREAT was your rep, Christian!! I called with a unique issue regarding an existing bed that I've had for years. He was super knowledgeable, patient, polite and easy to talk to. In my opinion, he is a huge asset to your company.

Assembly Nightmare

This dog bed takes two people and special tools to assemble because it requires tension be maintained in multiple directions at once. The company needs to sell this item preassembled.

Charles was so helpful, friendly and efficient! I would donate another Kuranda bed to a shelter with no hesitation.

Great products their aluminum frame bed is very durable. I have two German shepherds. They hold up extremely well with them. Fast shipping on orders. definitely would recommend.

Love this dog bed. Very high quality. The pillow top fits well and stays on top of the bed because of the attachment loops. Assembly Instructions are easy to understand and the parts are somewhat easy to assemble. Although its simple enough for one person to assemble alone, the Assembly was made 1000 times easier with a second person to hold the parts while you tighten the screws.

This is an extremely well made dog bed. I have a 10 mo. old lab puppy who runs on "all cylinders" constantly and our dog trainer highly recommended this bed to use as her "place" to slow her brain down and chill. She usually pounces on it to get on and it's holding up to her high energy crazy self! I'll probably be buying another one for outside.

It was quick delivery. We love the beds and so do the dogs.

The bed was easy to assemble and when completed was level and solid. We've had it for two months and am glad I purchased this model. Highly recommend it. We have a one year old chocolate lab that loves it.

Over the years, I have ordered five extra large PVC Kuranda dog beds with pads and two kitty cots. After experiencing a slight difficulty with one of my kitty cots yesterday, I had occasion to contact the service department and was assisted by a young man named Christian. He was excellent and processed my order quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Kuranda products and services.

It sucks that they can't have orders to Canada online easily like the US as i have to pay for shipping dues. They gave me a quote letting me know shipping dues, and to call in to purchase. The gentleman was very friendly on the phone and super polite.

My destructive boy dug a hole through his bed (ballistic nylon, 70 lbs Doberman). I submitted my claim and they responded immediately. They even changed to the most durable vinyl option, so fingers crossed he cannot damage it! Very happy with the customer service and the overall quality of the bed design (aluminum frame).

I experienced great customer service from Christian and customer service. He assisted me in correcting an order. He was very professional, very responsive and followed through. It is incredible bonus that the product I ordered was made in the United States. Great work.!

I received almond beds that I could not get together. Had 3 beds. I spoke with Kai and could of times and once he knew how much time and effort I had spent on this he promptly offered to take them back and ship me 3 that all assembled. Couldn't ask for better service. Part of my assembly issue was probably a result of my arthritic hands.

My dogs love the beds. They both rest comfortably. They are labs who weigh 55 lbs. and other 70 lbs.
