I placed my order at the end of august. Not only have I yet to receive a reply to any of my (3) emails, but it has been over a month since i placed my order. Very, very poor experience, stay away from this website

I am normally pretty cautious about online purchases. I did see all the negative reviews on this site before deciding to purchase a heavily discounted electronic version of a game from Kumbaso. Within minutes, I had received a couple of emails stating that my order had been placed and was underway. A few minutes afterward, I received another email claiming that my electronic key could be obtained by going to a website. I clicked a link, and was transferred to a page where, lo and behold, two text files awaited, purportedly containing the keys that I purchased. However, both files contained a message telling me that if my key wasn't present, I should check back. So I did... for a week! After nothing materialized, I sent an email to the vendor, letting them know that they key files did, in fact, not contain any keys. There was no reply.

Now, it's almost been two weeks since the purchase and I have requested a refund through Google Wallet. The vendor has accepted the refund request.

Big caveat here. Such discounted pricing obviously entails some element of risk or delay, I accepted that from the beginning. What I do not accept, or condone, is the initial non-responsiveness and total lack of customer service I received from this vendor. How they can continue to operate without having violated some type of law regarding false representation is beyond me. Caveat Emptor.

I ordered 1 x Microsoft Xbox Live Gold Subscription Card - Subscription license - 1 year

I emailed numerous times as well as reporting here. Eventually around 5 weeks later the key finally sent to me. It should not be anywhere near that hard! I won't be shopping there again

I ordered Bioshock Infinite on September 5th, 2013, through Kumbasa's "instant download" service. The day after, the code still had not been delivered. I sent an e-mail to customer support requesting the code. ON SEPTEMBER 25TH (three weeks later), I received an e-mail from customer support. This was the correspondence:

"I know it's been forever but I've just sent your code, I hope you still need it."

I sent an e-mail back, stating I no longer needed the code. I received this in reply:

"Done, I hope the code is unused."

You hope the code is unused? I wasn't expecting much, but I received even less from this company. I am incredibly disappointed, and would caution everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

i had to wait a couple of days to received my key i emailed them they responded very quickly and in less than 5 minutes i received my key,so all you need is some patience which is worth it when the games are this low in price.

I ordered a Saints Row IV key on 28th Aug. After a few days I hadn't received anything so I contacted Kumbaso.com. I was told I would receive my key in a week. That never happened, and a couple of emails I sent for refunds also remained unanswered. I got my refund eventually on Sep 14th, after filling a Google checkout form asking for mediation from Google.

Kumbaso will save you a good deal of money HOWEVER you must be patient as you are probably not going to get your download key for about a week.

Bad attitude over email and basically rude, poor customer service, slow delivery, gave up, was quicker and cheaper to buy a physical copy!
They just go out and buy a copy for you so you have to wait. waste of time and bordering on a scam.

Placed order several days ago.
All I have had is a message saying it will be sent in 24-72 hours. Was nothing on the site to indicate that it was not in stock.
Sent 3 messages asking for an update and received nothing back.
Terrible service. Won't be using them again.

I purchased a steam download code for Saints Row: The Third. I received a confirmation saying that i would receive the code within 24-72 hours. It is now 1 week and 1 day after and i have not received a code, or at least an update on the order. I sent 2 messages to them and still haven't received a reply. I recommend all prospective buyers to shop elsewhere because this company will do nothing but take your money and then leave you hanging.

I was a little skeptical at first after seeing some bad reviews but I got emailed my gifts then I sent them on my way to my friends! Thanks

The prices are great - however, stock can be an issue. I won't go into detail but due to some circumstances on my end I was able to qualify for a refund when it became apparent that I would not be able to use the product. He was courteous and understanding. I would recommend the website with the following qualification: please allow up to a week or more to obtain your product. In order to get the prices he's able to offer, he requires a little time. I'm sure I'll order again when I have the time to wait, or perhaps I'll contact support and check on product availability beforehand.

Placed my order Aug 30 for the "PC Download". Now, it's September 4, soon to be 5th.
Sent them a message & still nothing.
All I got was this thankyou txt file:
"Your activation code will be sent within 15 minutes if in stock, otherwise it will take up to 24-72 business hours to get it.
Therefore, if in the next email you don't see your code, that means you will get it a bit later. Thank you."

Order was placed on the 27th August and payment taken immediatelly through Google Checkout. Only received two emails with txt attachments saying email with link to order will follow. None ever did.

After several emails to company and a few minimal unprofessional replies I advised them I would be taking up my complaint with the Office of Fair Trading. I was told they have 'Never even heard of them' and then told 'good luck with that' as they are not a uk based company.

Purchased a Farcry3 game and was supposed to get the code in 15 min. Received an email that said the code would be sent in 24-72 hours. Waited the 3 days, still no code. Had to send him 4 emails just to get a response. When I asked when I would get the code I bought 3+ days ago his response was. "Still have to wait for it, I'm not getting paid on time so that affects speed of delivery." This was his excuse! He is broke and cant fill the orders he has received. A week later and still no code. Avoid this seller as he is either a scammer using your money or he is broke and is about to close up shop. Google wallet should ban this guy. Update- after a week + waiting he canceled my order because he saw the review. Funny how all the reviews are 5 star or 1 or 2 stars, trust the bad as they are from people like me who got screwed or wasted their time with this guy.

Absolutely fantastic website, product is fine with a great service and specially speedy. Just by having a friend send a personal email directly to the seller, I was emailed my code within 3 minutes! Cannot think of a better place to buy products. Will definitely be coming back again and again :D

I bought Saints Row IV for Pc from here and it was really good, 10£ cheaper than anywhere else. I did have a little bit of trouble with the delivery, but that was only because they changed payment services and where just checking to make sure it all went through smoothly.
I would recommend Kumbaso.com to anyone who wants PC games for a good price.

Ordered a couple of items from this company with no problems. I chased one key but it was still delivered in the 72hrs stated - just me being impatient!

I downloaded the online game platform, but when I went to put my key in, it was invalid. This is after numerous e-mails back and forth about said key. And when I asked for my money back, I got I'm sorry I don't have it anymore. Do not use them.

ordered Bioshock infinite for £16.99 and not received a key. got an email to telling me if the key is not there wait 24-72 hrs. after this i waited logged back into my account and my order was gone even in complete orders. Avoid this company at all costs.

Even papal cannot get my money back as i ordered a virtual item which was for the biohock key. so frustrating :(
