Scam, you dont get you withdrawal.
I made my withdrawal on December 14th and have not received my full withdrawal yet, today is February 11th. I have been in contact with support several times and they just say you will receive them soon and soon but nothing happens time just passes. A real DISAPPOINTMENT! to put it mildly!
After fighting with them for several months and writing here about my experience, my last payment came and then also with an email where they asked me to change my story.
I was then supposed to get 200gbp in credit on my account to trade with.
NO WAY!
Want to warn everyone out there about this broker, they are beneath all dignity to play with other people's saved money!
I really hope they change their work for all of you others who are there, once you get your money RUN to another broker if they don't change.

Do not use Kudo trade
Do not use Kudo trade. They do not honour their own withdrawal process I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND OF MY OWN CASH (not profit) MY OWN CASH. And whenever I contact support@kudotrade I get a generic response with no direct answer! They will do anything other than do the right thing and follow their own process. They ask for bank details for a refund which I gave and did not use the bank details. They quoted someone else’s card number for the refund which I challenged them on and asked why they took my bank details if they were not going to use them. Avoid! I WAS RECOMMENDED TO KUDOTRADE BY AN ON BOARDER CALKED DANNY FROM PLATINUM EDGE, AND I DIDNT LIKE or TRUST THE ADVICE HE GAVE, so I OPTED TO WITHDRAW MY OWN CASH on 7th Jan 2026! STILL No REFUND!
I HAVE EMAIL PROOF & CHAT EVIDENCE OF ALL OF WHAT I HAVE SAID! Disgusting company with NO MORALS

The fabulous John (Customer Support) got in touch following this review and resolved the matter within 3 working days. Additionally, as a good will gesture, John has credited my trading account.
If it wasn’t for John’s speedy response to my review and resolving the matter I would not be willing to stay with Kudotrade.
Please reach out to them as I believe they are a good broker overall.

Experience was positive up until payout. Worst thing is I’m on a live account and I’ve not received my initial deposit back yet.
I requested a withdrawal on 29th December and after multi emails I was advised they were having issues with their bank. Due to this, I decided to cancel and request the withdrawal on 18th Jan which I’m still waiting for. Kudo support have had the cheek to email the same excuse regarding “issues with their bank”. I’m currently waiting for 2 payouts. I was considering purchasing a funded account with them up until now.
I’ve got other live accounts that I’ve received payout in less than 24hours. Literally never known it to be so challenging to get access to funds that belong to you.
Come on Kudo - help a girl out and sort this situation out prompto.
