I've had a great experience with Kudo
I've had a great experience with Kudo. Transactions are always fast, and their response times to emails are excellent. Whenever I've needed help or had a question, the support team has been quick to assist and very helpful. I can't fault their service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable broker.

Poor service.
When we make a deposit, the funds appear in our account almost instantly. However, when we request a withdrawal, we are left waiting for more than two weeks.
This is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the excessive delays show a serious disregard for customers. Based on my experience, this broker is not reliable when it comes to processing withdrawals.

Withdrawal of $3'619 outstanding — no TXID provided after 10 days
I requested a withdrawal of $500 on June 7, 2026 (Reference 796566). After 10 days the status showed "Completed" — but the funds never arrived in my wallet.
I verified this on BscScan: zero incoming transactions. Ever.
Support agents (Esther, Elena, Neo Anderson) confirmed in writing that the payment had not been sent yet — while the dashboard showed "Completed". No Transaction Hash (TXID) was provided despite multiple requests.
I have since requested two additional withdrawals ($400 and $2'719) totalling $3'619 outstanding.
I have filed a formal complaint with the FSC Mauritius (Licence GB24203599) and notified Pelican Trading who recommended this broker.
If you are considering Kudotrade: test a small withdrawal first before depositing significant capital.

This is the worst broker
This is the worst, poor and untrustworthy broker in the industry. You never receive your funds in time. It takes more than 2 weeks before you receive your withdrawal. Please never never do any sort of business with this broker. You will regret if you do.

I was skeptical at first but after careful consultation with the customer service I deposited $1000 into the account. After a week, I earned $250 and I withdrew $500. The withdrawal was completed within 24 hours. This is a good experience for me.
