Struggling to get through to anyone…
Struggling to get through to anyone since last week. Put a withdrawal request through on Monday 16th and everything was fine up until then.
Since radio silence and can’t even get through to anyone on support. What company in the right mind puts a number allowance on the times you can call support in a given day. If you don’t pick up the phone then no support was given so it’s hardly like I’m calling irrelevantly.
It is a lot of money of mine they are withholding and this is only my money from deposits not profits so they have no reason or right to withhold.
-Update, review changed from 1 star to 3 stars due to money being received. Albeit a week later than expected but nonetheless the money has arrived.

Trading experience is smooth via MT5
Trading experience is smooth via MT5. Spread is decent for the standard account I’m using to trade small fund to test out the platform and spread and slippage. So far I’m satisfied and would be topping up further to get their deposit bonus promotion. One thing my concern was the withdrawal process and there was no hiccup at all during the withdrawal process. The withdrawal process was completed in a day, although awaiting for fund to reach my account by this week.

I contacted Kudotrade twice. Wanted account deleted … they said it was done but it wasn’t … I still could log in.
Then I contacted them for help how to log into MT5 account via app .. I was told not to use the app. Not the answer I was looking for.

Withholding your money
Once again let down by the horrific withdrawal system. Jumped on this as soon as the original 2-5 working days was up, given countless opportunities to sort once again. Request of £5000 originally put in on 26/02/26, TT17721201815894. Still awaiting this even after ‘proof’ of transfer being sent. Only way I was able to get a result from last time they held my money back was to leave a bad review and threats of leaving these daily until resolved. I was also offered £200 to alter or remove the previous review which unsurprisingly was not given. Once again I advise to find a different broker as this one is very unreliable.

Withdrawal nightmare
Could give zero stars if it was possible. Sent in a withdrawal request of INITIAL DEPOSIT to SAME CRYPTO ADDRESS. On their website it says 1-3 business days. After 3 business days i contacted support, they said it will be completed on Friday (+2 business days). Then on Friday when i asked again, the response is yet again 2-5 business days. I don't think I need to say more at this point. Initial deposit refund via crypto is almost always instant unless they are doing something shady in the back end.
I'm pretty sure they are in violation of regulations and not segregating client funds. They are likely using the customer deposits thinking customer will lose it all (B-Book model) and then if someone asks to withdraw, make them wait 2 weeks until another customer deposits funds. This is also known as ponzi scheme.

Experience with Kudo Trade
Kudo trade is easy to set up and is quite user friendly. Trade Analysis is provided on a daily basis. Very transparent, you are able to see all transactions. Support is very responsive in addressing issues.
Withdrawals at times can be slow depending when you do it, but you still get the money.
