This is the worst broker I have ever encountered. Has been over a week now since requesting a withdrawal of my remaining funds. AVOID them at all costs.

Happy to say this is now resolved and have received my withdrawal. At least I'll give it to them that they were responsive and acted swiftly when I raised my concerns. Still need to do more with quick processing of funds.

في البداية، كانوا لطفاء ومتعاونين للغاية لأنني تعرفت عليهم من خلال منصة التداول "هاس إيه إتش تريدر". عند سحبي الأول والثالث، لم تكن هناك أي مشاكل، وتمكنوا من حلها بسرعة وإرسال جميع عمليات السحب إلى حسابي البنكي نفسه الذي أودعت منه. في بداية ديسمبر، سحبت مبلغًا كبيرًا قدره 2500 دولار، ومرت أسبوع كامل دون أن يصلني شيء. بعد ثلاثة أسابيع، أخبروني أنهم قسموا المبلغ إلى ثلاثة أجزاء. لا أعرف السبب، فبحسب قوانينهم ولوائحهم - وليس فقط هم - بل جميع الوسطاء لديهم نفس القوانين واللوائح، وتستغرق العملية من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل. قامت منصة "كودو تريدر" بتقسيم عملية السحب إلى ثلاثة أجزاء، ولم أحصل إلا على 500 دولار بعد ثلاثة أسابيع. استلمتُ الدفعة الثانية في 8 يناير 2026، ثم الدفعة الثالثة، أوه، الدفعة الأخيرة بقيمة 1250 دولارًا. أخبروني أنهم أرسلوها بالفعل منذ 8 يناير، لكنني لم أستلم شيئًا. تواصلتُ مع البنك، لكنهم لم يتمكنوا من رؤية أي شيء في طريقه إليّ. أتعامل مع وسيط آخر في نفس الوقت الذي أتعامل فيه مع Kudotrader. سحبتُ مبلغًا من الوسيط الآخر في 27 يناير 2026، ثم استلمتُ المبلغ في اليوم التالي من هذا الوسيط. الأمر الأكثر إثارة للغضب هو أنهم يدّعون أن البنك لا يستطيع قبول عملية السحب، مع أن الوسيط الآخر تمكّن من إرسال المبلغ إلى نفس الحساب الذي أرسلته إليه Kudotrader. تحاول Kudotrader التلاعب بالأمور بطريقة احترافية. لديّ جميع الأدلة، جميع المحادثات ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني والمكالمات محفوظة.
يقولون إن عملية السحب تمت بنجاح من جانبهم، حسنًا، ولكن أين المال؟ لم يصلني شيء في حسابي منذ ذلك الحين، وتستمرون في إلقاء اللوم على البنك. لقد سحبت بعض الأموال من وسطاء آخرين وكانت العملية سريعة جدًا، لكن معكم لا أحصل على أموالي أبدًا. تأتون إليّ بأعذار لا يصدقها حتى طفل صغير. كفّوا عن خداع الناس. أنتم لا تملكون حتى:
