As someone who has tried most UK K-pop stores, I’m afraid to say I was disappointed in K Stars. I ordered 2 albums, they were a bit more pricey than I was wanting to pay for these albums but for the convenience I decided to order. The items took 3 days to ship, which in comparison to other stores is quite a while to ship for non-preorder items. The albums arrived in decent condition, but the packaging felt like an after thought and the bubble wrap was mainly scrap pieces still covered in various tapes. The albums themselves were both dupes and having seen evidence of non dupes of this album I was disappointed by the lack of shuffling provided to the online customer. In posting proof to my online Instagram story, I was met with what I perceived as a snarky comment from whoever was running the social media in regards to my disappointment in the dupes (I never complained, I just mentioned the dupes in a joking way) and I felt a bit disrespected and do not think the comment made by the social media user to be the most appropriate for a brand. Overall, I will just continue shopping elsewhere.

The product is in near condition, but it took the longest time to dispatch, and there are faint scratches on the pc sleeve :/ other than that I love my new pc!

A lovely store for those who love Kpop and not only do they have albums but they also hold official merchandise and lightsticks which are so hard to get a hold of in the UK. They deliver quickly and they also take preorders. Everything that I have ordered from this store always makes sure that everything is protected and that goes especially for photocards!
