Really good range of merchandise.
I have bought in store before and always enjoy shopping in K Stars. This was my first on line purchase. After I placed my order it arrived in good time and in perfect condition.

As always my order arrived safely, nice range of items available too! Never had any issues <3

My experience was amazing!! KStars is definitely one of the BEST kpop stores in the UK and they always have the things I’m looking for. The staff are so sweet and always helping!!

The products were very very good, arrived in mint condition! But it paid extra for first class postage and it still took a while for my package to get to me.

Used to be a great shop with a large variety of groups. These days they only focus on 2 groups charging ridiculous prices and have set days with limited merch for these 2 groups.
Would be nice if they stocked merch of other groups and celebrated other groups as much as they do ateez and stray kids.

Staff are also horrible, unapproachable and make customers feel like a chore and guiltily for having questions. Found a better place to get my albums as I’m fed up of seeing the same 2 groups over and and over again

i ordered a NewJeans album (Haerin bluebook) and it came very quickly about 2/3 days nothing was damaged and all packaged very nicely

Kstars is the best kpop store in the uk hi I buyed from kstars since September 2020 and the old kstars used to be in alflecks and the first item I bought from kstars was a tata plush which I still have at home

I bought over ten photocards from them but one was clearly damaged :'( And I waited a long time for the pcs to arrive, I was so excited. I have unboxing video proof of it arriving with defect. They blamed the customs for opening the letter but the customs did not take the pcs out of the toploaders and sleeves! Got no refund or new pc. I'm very sad cuz this pc is no longer in print and I'll have to buy a new one..

i absolutely adore kstars, i live in a town where kpop isn’t known and during my first visit to manchester, i visited kstars, the staff were so lovely and welcoming and made me feel so accepted. kstars is now my go-to place to purchase all my kpop albums and merch from. i love being able to support them. i’m visiting manchester again in june and can’t wait to go to kstars again. thank you for making me feel loved and accepted with my love for kpop. i couldn’t recommend a better company. keep doing what you’re doing 🫶🏻
