Kent & Sussex Home Improvements LTD Recenzje

K & S quoted a guaranteed, reasonable price for my roof insulation.
I initially found it a little difficult to contact the office until Lucas got in touch. He was excellent and kept me reassured and fully informed throughout.
There was a slight delay in arranging the installation and some clarification of my requirements needed. Richard carried out the work. He was very efficient and pleasant to have in my home. I am pleased with the finish.
I can recommend K &S based upon my experience.

Jo and Chris were very professional and did a superb job installing the windows/door in very poor weather conditions. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

From the first visit every thing was very professional, John & Dave fitted 7 windows and a front door, they were excellent from first to last the house was cleaner when they left than when they started answering my many questions, I would highly recommend Kent and Sussex, the service was top class.

From the salesman, the surveyor and the fitters they have all been extremely friendly and helpful and not pushy at all.
My new door looks wonderful.
Can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend.

We had superb fitters James and Mark who installed our new Windows and French doors. Great workers and they completed a grand job. We are highly delighted with the product and compliment the installation.

We cannot thank Dean & Kyle enough for making such swift and clean work of our new doors. Very accommodating to any questions we had and were extremely thorough. Also gave a good rendition of Linkin Park as entertainment!!

Dave and John the installers arrived promptly in the morning, working hard to get the job done, made an excellent job of the bay window construction and the cladding above. They were very approachable on any queries, good humoured and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
I am very pleased indeed with the finished bay window and cladding, it has made my property stand out and would thoroughly recommend Kent & Sussex Home Improvements Ltd and their installing team.

My conservatory needed virtual rebuilding as the floor was not level and the supporting brickwork was not strong enough to hold the structure.
Whilst working they had to move and replace radiators.
I asked for an outdoor tap to be fixed through the wall to under the kitchen sink, leading to the outside. This was all done thoroughly and to a high standard.
The conservatory is way better than I had imagined. Thank you very much.

We had a new front door and had excellent fitters and everything had been great.
BUT we are still waiting ( 3 months later) for the FENSA certificate that we were promised , despite e mailing them as a reminder.

What a fabulous bunch of guys.Had a call from them asking if they could give us a price for windows and that the price would be valid for up to 12 months which was great as we were hoping to get our dorma done in that time .Jay turned up on time and was very polite and informative. We decided to have the dorma and all the windows replaced at a great price and there were lots of different ways in which you could pay.2 weeks later Pete the surveyor came round and measured up another professional and polite chap. Three weeks later Christian and Joe came to fit the windows and Dorma ,over three days. What lovely young men very hard working and Christian such a perfectionist. We are so grateful for the random call from K&S. We are extremely happy with the work that was done the windows are fantastic quality and make such a difference to the house. There was no mess or damage at all .We would highly recommend this great team to anyone wanting home improvements. From start to finish they were all extremely polite and professional .Great

From the start of the process till the installation was completed was completely smooth. It was easy to select the doors I wanted, and was even able to make a change to the glass in one when the measurements were taken. Today Dean and Kyle turned up to fit the doors. They were super polite and very respectful of my house. They did an amazing job.

Once job date was sorted, a little later than expected. Workmen arrived on time, work was done in a professionally way, at the end of first day site was left tidy. Day two was the same and again done well. Unfortunately one pain arrived damaged, so the requested a replacement, and they replaced one of the old sections to keep a sealed unit. Once they had replacement they came fitted it and cleaned and tidied the area and removed all the rubbish. So we were well please with the finished job and the work of the two guys. Would recommend the company as we have used them before.

Fantastic company! We’ve had 3 new windows and a composite front door. Window install was a very neat and professional job, brought all their own dust covers, took away all rubbish and hoovered up, so no major mess to sort out.
Our door installation was the same, really neat and professional job done. Door looks fab.
Highly recommend, we will use again in future

Paul and Dave were amazing from start to finish arrived very early and cracked on with 7 windows and was finished in a day! would recommend them to family and friends.

Highly recommend K&S Home Improvements. We had the remaining two windows replaced at front of bungalow, they matched them perfectly to remaining windows and doors.
We can’t fault them. Clear communication the whole way through from purchase to fitting. Thoroughly impressed with all staff at how polite and respectful. The installer was incredibly professional and highly skilled and the finished job looks amazing. He spent a lot of time cleaning the surrounding area to make sure it had a lovely finish too, thank you so much for your amazing job. Brilliant service, highly recommend.

Very pleased with new back door. Service all round was good. Darren came round and quoted, nice guy, gave lots of information on what will happen next. Peter did the door survey, also nice, communicated to let us know when he would be round. Door was fitted by Rishard H - did a great job, polite, door looked great, done quickly and left no mess and gave information on aftercare. We're the 3rd in our family to have used K&S now because they've done a great job each time. Would use again in future if needed.

We can’t fault them. Clear communication the whole way through from purchase to fitting. Throughly impressed with Christian who fitted our doors, he was incredibly professional and the finished job looks amazing. He spent a lot of time cleaning the doors and the surrounding area to make sure it had a lovely finish too, thank you Christian! Some of the paint came off the weather bar on our front door when the protective wrapping was removed and they’ve already been in touch to arrange a full replacement. Brilliant service, highly recommend.

Mr and Mrs I Humphries.

Replacement of windows and patio doors. After a previous experience with another company left us reluctant to try again , we decided to go with Kent & Sussex. It was a totally different experience. From start to finish the work was brilliant. The installers Dean and Kyle worked so hard to make the installation as easy as possible to give us the windows we wanted, explaining every thing as they went along..Thank you so much to everyone for taking such good care of our home.

This company do not listen when you say 'no thank you. We got cold called again today because we have a wooden front door and windows that need some love. That's our problem. I have told them multiple times to never darken our door again (pardon the pun) but they keep coming back. If we want a quote we will ask for one. Do as we say and go forth and multiply. There is even a sign on the front door to say no to hawkers and such.
