Great service, everything went as planned, the installer arrived on time, did a great job, kept me informed all though work stage, cleaned up when he finished, my house was spotless wouldn't think he had installed 3 new windows

Appointments kept, good price and very competent installation. Overall, we are very pleased with the replacement of our windows.

We had two guys from K&S Home improvements Dave and Paul, they were fantastic, got on with the job and worked really hard, weather was shocking high winds and rain, this didn’t hinder their professionalism in their job. Windows look fantastic.

Had all my windows replaced and front door: a few hiccups , front door made and fitted the wrong way and a few plaster cracks : company very good at repairing and making good 😊; fitters very polite, hard workers and honest. The project has completely changed the look of the house so proud of how my home looks now. Many thanx .

I had a conservatory done!! From surveyor to fitter, I can say we have built it together. All professionals and great finished. All my doubts were answer and the financing options made the difference.
The only missalignment would be it took about 2 months to finish the project.

We wanted a multi opening window with in an external door (tilt & open etc).
Kent and Sussex Home managed to design one after some conversation. We didn't want a standard barn door style for security reasons and happily they managed to create, fit and install just what we wanted
Fitted beautifully by Richard with in 3 hrs . He respected the property and left the area clean tidy after demonstrating the door and window use .
Would recommend, costs agreeable.

The product, and the installers are very good, but the company is let down very badly by it's after sales service, which is terrible.
We have had several visits to attend to a leak, and the other day we received an email saying the company are delighted to hear we are satisfied with the remedial work.
Well, that is rubbish, as we still have a temporary repair, some parts are still not fitted, and the box guttering makes a terrible noise.

Although late delivery of some materials caused a delay in starting the job, the work was still completed in good time. Richard and Dave worked to a very high standard and I was very pleased with their professionalism.

Paul and Dave have done an exceptional job in fitting the windows in my conservatory. They had to contend with supporting a glass roof whilst replacing all the windows. The finish is second to none. I'm very pleased and would recommend them whole heartedly. Jan

Joe and Scott have been incredible. Hardworking, neat, tidy and clean. They’ve gone above and beyond to get the job done with as little mess or disruption to me, even cleaned up messes that weren’t theirs! Lovely men. Great job done too.

Dean and Kyle spent two days replacing the glazing on my conservatory and did a fantastic job. They were really hard workers and pleasant to deal with. Every employee from the very first contact to Joe and Scott who installed our doors were wonderful. Polite, punctual and helpful. The work was carried out cleanly with very little fuss and we are very happy with our new porch.

The service I received from sales, surveyor and installation has been excellent. Dean and Kyle were great, very efficient and helpful and did an excellent job. Very impressed how they worked as a team. They kept me updated on how the two jobs were progressing which I much appreciated. I am so pleased with my two sets of patio doors they look great!

Really Pleased with my new window and doors look great. Paul and Dave did an amazing job would highly recommend and will definitely be use them again in the future when we do more work on the house
