The whole experience with my new porch was easy from start to finish, all the staff were incredibly helpful and polite.
Joe who came to fit the porch was excellent! Very hardworking absolute perfectionist!

Dean was great cleaned up after he finished no damage to a windowsill even though it was a awkward window to take out very pleased with the window fitting.

Great job on my new facia boards and soffits. Excellent job installing my new front door. The 2 men doing the work were polite and courteous. They cleaned up any mess after finishing a day's work leaving the premises clean and tidy. Any snags I pointed out were rectified to my satisfaction.
I would recommend them to you .

Im never write reviews however having spent a small fortune on them, I feel its only fair to say how my expectations have been exceeded with Kent and Sussex.
I have never had new windows and doors before and didnt know what to expect, and It has been beyond what I imagined.
I am so pleased with my windows and doors, they look amazing, they fit well, the finish is great and im so happy I decided to get them.
Christian was our fitter and he was brilliant.
Would totally recommend.

First off - doors and windows are nice. Not real different to other companies.

Did not have my door supplied at the same as the windows as someone forgot to order the door. A wait of 3 weeks to get the job finished.

First fitters were fantastic, quick and great job. The second fitter for the door, was not great. Thought he was a joker and unprofessional. He needs to remember who the customer.

Overall. Would not use them again..

Joe arrived promptly this morning to fit a replacement patio door. He was efficient, friendly and worked hard. I am delighted with the quality of his work and with the way he cleaned the area before leaving. The interior of the house is undamaged and Joe made good the exterior around the frame. I would be happy to recommend him and K and S.

Dean turned up punctual,was very polite knowledgeable about his job , got on with the removal and refitting of front and back doors ,and left the area very clean, cannot fault Dean in any way.

Once again, job done speedily and thoroughly (despite less than ideal weather conditions), improving sound and heat performance, while new doors greatly improved access.

I couldn't be more pleased. We had all the glass and plastics in our old conservatory replaced as it was quite tatty and tended to be either too hot or cold. Instead of the glass roof we had before, we went for a solid one, with timber, tiles, insulation and plastering. We also had six spotlights fitted into the new ceiling with wiring added. It was done at the end of January and beginning of February, so a bit of a worry with all the rain, but they managed to work around it to get things done quickly while keeping everything waterproof. All the installers were polite, did great work and left things tidy at the end of each day. We now have a brilliant conservatory we can actually use throughout the year.

Must admit I was somewhat apprehensive initially to replacing our 25 year old windows, 8 in all plus a back door. Decided on Kent & Sussex Home Improvements as the approach was very professional, clear, and I found openly honest. ( yes I did look at many reviews on the web before deciding). Once committed, the next hurdle was the day for the job to go ahead. Dean and Christian turn up and they were, for want of a better word fantastic, very through, very pleasant, covered everything, and at the end of each day left the place neat and tidy on completion. Job took about 4 days.
Yes I would recommend them and the company to any one considering the replacement of windows, doors etc, and yes of course you can always find cheaper companies somewhere but these guys really showed why customer service does matter.
The house now warms up quicker, stays warmer longer and the new back door looks fantastic.
PS: The whole job only cost me just over a dozen tea bags and more than few cups of coffee !! ( joking)

The crew were excellent. Had problems with weather and communication with office.
Original warm roof changed to EPDM as pitch wrong. The person who stated it be fine should not have stated this. Took 4 weeks to complete a 7 day job as crew had other jobs to start or complete.
Bless them they came at weekends to finish.
Check the weather forecasts before sending crews out!

Everyone was helpful and informative from the initial contact, through the technical visit, to the day of installation.
Dean the fitter was very professional and the result was outstanding.
The patio doors are a massive improvement and I can already notice the cold air is missing.
