I ordered two albums from Kpopmoon, but one turned out to be unavailable. The seller contacted me right away and arranged a refund for the album plus postage, which I really appreciated. He kept me updated about my order, and the album arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the service overall and definitely look forward to ordering again!

Best K-pop store in the UK! Orders arrive quick, prices are quiet low (and they offer Amazing deals), great for pre orders and has great availability! Been ordering from them since 2023, and have had no problems. Ryan is lovely and so understanding, I recommend to Everyone! 💟

The packaging was scratched slightly and that caused some damage to the album. Although after reaching out, I was able to receive generous compensation and the person I spoke to was lovely and keen to make me happy. Will definitely order from here again as this has given me a good overview of Kpop moon.
