Very happy with this service, Easy to order and parts received in good time. However for a New Zealand customer the cost of freight has to be considered and more shipping options would be useful.

Ik heb begin januari een bestelling gedaan bij Kparts Holland en ben zeer tevreden over de afhandeling.Ik werd netjes op de hoogte gehouden,en kreeg de spullen snel en in goede staat geleverd,samen met een paar mooie sleutelhangers als extraatje. Kparts Holland bedankt voor de goede service en tot een volgende keer.

Goede webshop!
Na de bestelling heb ik direct één onderdeel geannuleerd.
Direct kreeg ik het bedrag terug.
Per ongeluk is het onderdeel wel meegekomen met de bestelling. Na mail contact te hebben gezocht, ontving ik een retourbon en heb ik het onderdeel geretourneerd. Op de mail wordt snel gereageerd.
Bij de bestelling was een onderdeel in backorder, deze kwam alsnog snel binnen en de complete bestelling heb ik snel (met een paar dagen) en goed verpakt binnen gekregen.
