We’re sorry to hear about the trouble, but we’re not entirely sure what you mean regarding the QR code. We ship exclusively with DHL and we do not place any QR codes on our parcels, so this situation is unusual for us.

We also handle customer cases by email because, in situations like this, we need to contact the shipping carrier — and that can sometimes take a little time. Email helps us keep everything documented so we can resolve issues more efficiently.

I’ve asked our customer support team to reach out to you directly so we can sort this out and find a solution together.
