My experience with this company has…
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. The company seems to be more focused on sales than on customer satisfaction.
I purchased a face cream from this company and used it for a few days. After several days, I developed an allergic reaction. I contacted the company, explained the situation, and requested to return the product and receive a refund. Despite the small amount involved, they refused my request.
Many other companies, especially in Europe, will offer a refund or compensation if a customer experiences an allergic reaction to one of their products. However, this company denied my request entirely.
I would not recommend this company, especially if you are unsure how your skin will react to their products. I am glad that I did not purchase more products from them because their customer service is poor.
I recommend choosing a more reputable company that offers better product quality and customer support.
